Auto repair service near Ladson, SC

Horrible experience. Took my Lexus RX 350 here and they looked at my last vehicle and didn’t put the correct oil in this one. Then when I complained they made it out to be my fault and that I didn’t ask for anything special. I shouldn’t have to ask for anything special for what my vehicle recommends.

Advertises that they are open 24 hours....NOT! Unless you count the guy eating on the coutner when I tried to enter and it was locked! Looked at me and put his hand across his throat in a threatning maner. July 21, at 5:20 am...other folk were in the lot as well. Rude, Rude, Rude and false advertising!

I've used Charleston Import Auto for both service and parts. Always happy with the results. Quality service done right the first time. Same can be said for the parts. Top quality parts at reasonable prices. If you need British car parts or service in the Charleston area, this is the only place to go.

They have some pretty big screw drivers and they know how to use them.

What a pleasure to deal with honest, upstanding people! On a trip through town and while getting gas there I lost my wallet, with ID, credit cards and money.
