Auto repair service near Ravenel, SC

Horrible experience. Took my Lexus RX 350 here and they looked at my last vehicle and didn’t put the correct oil in this one. Then when I complained they made it out to be my fault and that I didn’t ask for anything special. I shouldn’t have to ask for anything special for what my vehicle recommends.

Advertises that they are open 24 hours....NOT! Unless you count the guy eating on the coutner when I tried to enter and it was locked! Looked at me and put his hand across his throat in a threatning maner. July 21, at 5:20 am...other folk were in the lot as well. Rude, Rude, Rude and false advertising!

I have always felt very comfortable bringing my car to these guys. They make me feel like I'm just talking to a neighbor, at home and that I can trust them. Prices felt reasonable although I never had any very serious work done, and they were always smaller jobs, they were reasonable and quick. Thank you. Clarence O. Mount Pleasant, SC

Had car for 6 days was told 2 day turn around. Picked up vehicle battery was dead and inside of car very dirty, drinks left in car as well as tools and parts. Would never recommend
