A fantastic company. Very knowledgeable and detailed. They kept me informed on everything they did. When I went to pick my car up I had to wait about 30 minutes and they actually took some off my bill for having to wait! A very honest and friendly company. I highly recommend them.

Just want to say very nice place. Owner Rod is awesome guy. Went in got my vehicle fixed in a short time. fair prices. Recommend if you haven't been there , need to give this place a try. Thank you again Mr fix It... Awesome work...

Filed complaint with BBB since Cody said he would email me a copy of receipt of purchase of the new catalytic converter they purchased for my car & instead sent my a copy of my receipt for payment. This more than proves they did not change my catalytic converter & they have not responded to the BBB, because they have no proof of purchase or the new c.c. serial number to compare to my old c.c. serial number! They were all trained by FireStone of Murfreesboro (including the owner, of which Noah whom they fired for telling people this fact!) which explains it all, they were taught how to rip customers off & over charge & immediately blame other parts going bad when the customer calls within warranty time frame to complain about the same issues!! Save your money & go to actual professionals!!! These boys are not professional nor do they do business as such!!

I continue to have a great experience with the Little Brothers Shell station for repairs/maintenance on my Audi. All of the mechanics are easy to talk to and they work hard to provide great customer service. I will continue to take my car to Avery, Jeremy and the rest of the guys.

Marvelous!! Had a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up truck that needed major help. Stagecoach team replaced my engine as the primary job but also helped address issues with several systems e.g. heating/cooling, braking, steering, suspension, electrical, drive train and did a full inspection (truck new to me) and identified many concerns but they helped me navigate multiple options. I truly appreciated their constant updates, great advice and competitive pricing. As a bonus, I didn't expect my moss covered vehicle to be returned to me cleaned (inside and out) paint shining with tire dressing and all, these guys take great pride in their work and do an excellent job no matter what aspect of repair!!

This gets zero stars. First, they sell used tires that other reviews on google will tell you that the tires will blow after a day. I had 3 tires blow out onto the interstate and after less than a week had to pay to get firestone to look at them and tell me they were defective. This place will take your money and give you bad tires. The owner told my husband that it was his fault for buying used tires! This takes no accountability that they can sell a bad product while collecting a person's hard earned money! They took us for$160 and a week later I had to buy new ones elsewhere. My life was worth nothing to them(after3 different days of tires blowing on I-40). They have no refund policy and are crooks. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people!

This place is great! I will not go anywhere else. Knowledgeable, quick, very reasonable costs, great customer service... everything you can ask for and want.

I wont give them any single star... they diagnosed the A/C problem ($98), told me that they found the leakage and it need a part replacement (148), after that they confirmed you will be all good. When I went next day, I came to know that 1 more leakage was found which need to be fixed for $760.... I dint go with that and thought 1 leakage is fixed so there would be some improvement... but what I got was WORST, my A/C was working a bit earlier and was cooling little bit... but now its a furnace... even though its cold outside, simple A/C fan is also given me hot air.... WORST EVER experience.... Please dont go there.... find some other good shop.

I had a tire on my car that needed to be patched after getting a nail in it. We used the kit that came with my car which included a Fix-A-Flat type product. This was the only place open past 6:00 pm, so I decided to give it a go. I called before I even got in there just to make sure they could take care of the problem, and the guy on the phone, who's name is Cameron, was nice enough. I don't really know a lot about cars, but I just wanted to get the tire fixed. I got in there, and sat down in the waiting area, and around 5 minutes later, this Cameron fellow comes and tell me that the Fix-A-Flat deteriorates tires and that I need a new tire, which I now know isn't true. At the time, I just wanted to get it fixed, so, not knowing that this man was exploiting the fact that I am a young woman still in my teens who isn't car-savvy, I bought the tire, and they put a used tire on my car. By the request of my mom, I had asked for the damaged tire back, but Cameron just brought it back in with the Fix-A-Flat still in it, and didn't even clean it out. Luckily, after I had called my dad, he told me he would take care of it. Now, they are supposed to me pay me back for the new tire, $90, but I still don't have my money back. I now know never to go to these people. I can't help it that i don't know everything about cars, and it is just plain wrong to cheat someone like that. Never go to this place unless you want people to lie to you while they cheat you out of your money.
