I was charged $500 for absolutely no work for them to tell me nothing was wrong with my car but yet they drove my car over the weekend not during office hours and put almost 2000 miles on my car just to tell me I owe $500 for them claiming to put $100 worth of gas in my car which my car will not even hold $100 worth of gas and it shouldn’t take you to put $25.04 times in a car that you had had for six days just to tell me that nothing is wrong with the car total bull**** I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there or taking their car there

I own a BMW and Mini Cooper. It's great to have a qualified mechanic in town that has the correct tools and knowlege to work on my cars. He will give you the right advice about whether or not you should fix something right away or not. I completely trust Alpine Auto and the owner Arnie has been nothing but honest and upright with me.

I needed an oil change and figured I needed a tune-up. After looking at my car, my technician suggested he take care of a few minor issues with the vehicle and I agreed. He told what it would cost before doing so, and the cost was very fair. They communicate with you at Tire World so you are able to make smart, cost effective decisions.

11/28/20 These guys are awesome! I was 200 miles from home at 5:00 Saturday, had a tire belt separated (non firestone) on the front of my truck. I told Vincent I was in a bind for time. I have never written a review in my life-good or bad. This isn't really a review, but more of a word to the wise. I'm only sharing my experience. You can do with it what you will. I had my 2004 c240 towed here with transmission problems (wasn't shifting). Like you, I did my research beforehand, and decided this was a reputable place, based on reviews I read online. I took a half day off work and paid wrecker $125 to tow my car there. They called me three days later and advised me that my tranny was beyond repair, and the only fix was to rebuild it at the cost of 5k-6k. They also advised that they don't install used parts so my only option with them was to rebuild. (Charged me $350 to tell me this btw) Considering the car isn't worth much more than that, I took another half day off and paid wrecker another tow bill to have my car taken to a different German auto shop within a mile of this place, that would install a used transmission for a fraction of that. Based on what Bavarian diagnosed I had the other shop pre-order a used transmission to have ready to replace bad one-which they did. They called me back the next day and advised me that the tranny wasn't bad at all, it only had bad conductor plate, which they replaced, did an oil change and tune up for 1k. Now In two days, my car is running and shifting as well as it ever did. They didn't charge me a penny for wrongly having them order and ship the used transmission to them(and back)that wasn't needed to start with. This other German auto shop will definitely get any automotive work I need done, from now on-foreign or domestic. A good, honest mechanic is extremely hard to find. I'm not saying don't use Bavarian, I'm only suggesting that if they quote you an expensive repair, take a trip less than a mile down the road, for a second opinion, it very well may save you quite a chunk of money. It sure did me. I even offered to split the cost of their "mis-diagnosis" just to try to recover some of my lost time and wages and keep it fair for everyone. Guess what they said. Believe me it was worth every penny I paid just to find the other German auto shop.

I wasn't going to give a review but decided to let others know my experience. My car is a 2006 Honda Civic SI with 71,000 miles, Nothing has ever been done to the brakes in the past. I looked on the internet and saw where Budget Brakes had a good price of $89.95 for disk brakes. I took my car in and met with Kody. who is very courteous and professional. Explained that I just started hearing a tinny noise in the front right side and when I applied my brakes it quit. The brakes functioned just fine otherwise. I informed Koty, I just wanted my front brakes checked. An employee test drove my car and put it on the rack. All 4 wheels were taken off and the brake calipers pulled. Kody let me come into the work area and showed me what he thought was needed. Remember I just wanted my front brakes checked. Well after Kody's review, the cost would be in excess of $600. I asked Kody to PUT IT BACK. The mechanic put the calipers back on and wheels were tightened. I thanked Kody for the inspection and no charge and left. Just remember if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

We were traveling in the area from NC when we encountered a road hazard that blew out one of our van's tires. I contacted North Georgia Tire who had the identical tire in stock on the Saturday morning before Easter, arrived 30 minutes later and was out within an hour. The entire transaction was very pleasant. They knew what they were doing and explained what they were going to do as well as what they did when I paid for things. I have no problem recommending them to anybody.
