After posting the first review about Smoky Mountain Mobile RV repair, I feel it is only right to post a follow up. First of all, they did honor the original price they had quoted on the awnings. Secondly, I had an issue 3 day later with some of the electrical work they had done on the motorhome and when I called them they came out immediately and took care of the problem at no additional charge. I am convinced that they are very honest people and there was just a miscommunication between to many people on the awning issue above. As I stated, they did honor the price originally quoted.

I brought my travel trailer to Lakeway RV because I had been having trouble with the auxiliary battery. They were able to take care of the problem in a matter of minutes. They were very thorough in taking care of my problem when it would have been easy to say that they didn’t have time or that I needed to schedule an appointment. They took the time to make sure that the problem was taken care of and that helping me was important to them. Great to have such great and knowledgeable technicians! Thank You for taking the time to take care of my problem and making me comfortable to know I can go local with Lakeway RV!!!
