Auto repair service near Memphis, TN

I have been a customer there for quite some time. I will not take my cars anywhere else. The head mechanic, Tim, is awesome! He is very honest and does quality work. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. Their prices are quite affordable also,. I will continue to do business there and recommend this place to all!

Service was absolutely wonderful and the Honda doesn't sound like the wheel is going to fall off. The staff was friendly and so professional. We trust Cole's and know they stand behind their work always!!!

I have been a customer of the "original" Raleigh Tire store (In the Raleigh part of Memphis, TN) for the past 30 years. I have bought all of my tires and had most of my repair work done there. Just recently, I had some major brake repair done there. After paying and going home, they called me and said, "We over-charged you $135 for that work. Please come back, and we'll give you a refund." I went in to see these guys (and gals) regarding a used vehicle I had purchased and they did a Fantastic job!!! You could not ask for more professional and friendly service that know EXACTLY what they are doing!! I would not take my car to anyone else!!!

I brought them a mangled trailer axle after a seal leaked the oil out of the hub and the bearing blew up the hub. The ABS sensor holder was squashed. They recommended, and I agreed, that the axle-air system (to keep tires inflated) be removed from both axles. That was the cause of the oil being blown out of the hub when it leaked air into the hub. They grease-packed all the bearings and refurbished the ABS system. I am writing this review and giving them 5 stars because the trailer ABS light started going on a few weeks later, and they took it all apart and did more remedial work on the mangled sensor bracket to better hold the sensor - and provided a new sensor - at no charge. I have driven the rig another few weeks without any further trouble.

My grandmother was the victim of a riding mower theft and DTS towed her lawnmower after the police recovered it (still on the trailer and truck that stole it). They are charging $200 plus storage fees for her to get her STOLEN lawnmower back AFTER BEING THE VICTIM OF A CRIME! They are a truly scumbag company and I ask all of you to please leave negative reviews, spread the word and most importantly, use ANY company other than these
