I recently used this auto shop, but I will never again and suggest no one use this shop. I called this shop and asked if he could fix the a/c on my SUV. I needed this fixed by 6/19/21, because I was going to buy my wedding dress and have my bridesmaids fitted in their dresses. He assured that I would have my car back in time so we could all go to the event in nice cold air and comfort throughout the trip. I asked for a quote, and he said we could drop it off on Tuesday (6/15/21) and he would put together an estimate and did not see an issue having it fixed prior to my event. Tuesday, I brought the SUV to the shop and asked for an estimate on the repair. He said he would put dye in the a/c and find the leak and then he could give me an estimate. Wednesday, he called and said there was 2 a/c hoses that needed to be replaced and he was going to get them from a dealership. I asked if it was okay if I ordered the parts myself to save money and he said that was fine. I told him the expected delivery date was going to be Friday of the same week and he told me that I needed to run them to him, and he would have them put on and fixed that same day. Great right? I received the parts on Friday (6/18/21) and took them to his shop. While dropping the parts off, I again asked for an estimate. He told me he needed to write up the freon cost for the diagnostics and the dye but would call me later with an estimate. Because he seemed so friendly, I agreed to wait for his call. Later that same day, I started to call him around 3:00 because I was getting worried about the time frame. Remember, I had a dress fitting on the following day and still had no estimate or anything. After several calls and messages, he calls me at 6-6:30PM after the shop was closed and told me that “I am not going to be able to start on the vehicle, we got buried in some brake jobs and they were filling the bays and because they were waiting on parts, they had to remain in the bay unfinished until the parts came in. The main reason we went was this shop was because of the assured promise of having it finished by the date we needed which was 6/19/21. He told me that I could come and pick the vehicle up or wait and Monday he would call me and then they would start the repair and finish it that day. Well, I was upset because this was a major setback but picking up the car would not have done me any good because it was still unfinished and still, keep in mind, I had no estimate of the repair cost. I made it to the fitting, although we all had to take separate vehicles and almost did not make it on time because I could not pick up anyone as planned, they had to come to me. Monday comes around and we go about our day, around 2:30-3:00PM we had not heard from him. We call the shop. No answer. He calls back and says that the vehicle was finished and has been finished since 11:00AM that morning. He said something else I could not make out and said he would send me a text. The text comes through, and it is a final bill for $845. WHAT! Keep in mind I was calling to see about the estimate yet again, and if they were going to start on it because he never called me on Monday like he said. Nope, this was the final bill. I was livid! I asked him why there was so no quote and why it was so much if they started the job at 9:00AM when they opened, and finished at 11:00? He told me that they had started on Friday. I told him, Remember, you told me that the bay’s were full and you could not start on my vehicle because you were waiting on parts for those unfinished brake jobs.” He said again that they started on Friday night. I told him that we talked at around 6PM maybe later, so why would they start later that night when you are closed after 5 and you said there was no way to start it until Monday. On top of that, you never gave me an estimate to approve! I again asked how 2 hours of labor equates to $845, he said that it was not hourly it was a flat rate job. SO, I asked him why, if it were a flat rate, could you not give me an estimate when I asked for it several different times! I have recently sent a certified letter and plan on pursuing legally.

We called Robert's Mobile Mechanics Tuesday evening after our car unexpectedly broke down on the interstate. We knew the serpentine belt had popped off, and we hoped that was all that was wrong because I needed the car to get to work at 1pm on Wednesday. Robert's Mobile Mechanics came out early Wednesday morning, immediately diagnosed that the water pump had also gone bad, and still had everything fixed and ready to go by 11am. The rate was exceptionally reasonable (as someone who drives a 20-year-old car that spends a great deal of time in the shop, I would know...). They were fast, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

The quote was over $1000 so I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to GPO for a diagnostic and was called a day later with a quote that was 1/2 of the first place. They were very professional and work was done in timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

i purchased a 09 Cts V ,which now has 22000miles , i have had it at crest for couple recalls from manufactor and also regular service , i recently had my cts-V serviced in my home town which is hour away from nashville m and the GM cerified Tech, told me the tires were worn out on the edge due to inproper alignment and had to have been going bad with no more milage that that was on them . guess because they are higher priced ,"quote"'service man @crest Performance soft tires , they wear out faster . .my wife drives this care with my Grandcldren in there so dounbt there aws much performance driving going on /, I called service dept @ creat and they told me , Cadilliac Recommends alignment every 15,000minles , First time i ever heard of this , and i have several Cadilliac , escalade , and also a XLR .This is my second XlR, and also had DHS and deville from Crest over trhe years My service manager thought Cadilliac should or would have taken care of this problem , The service guy at the counter of Creat cadilliac stated that is was'n Cadilliac problem . this business deserves no stars!!!! Ruckers are terrible with customer service . they sold me a car that was probably broken to begin with and i have been a great customer for almost 2 years with full coverage insurance and all payments made on time. my car is having problems that will cost me $1900 dollars to fix and they basicly just said to bad. i have never bothered them to fix anything on my car and always kept up the maintenece. i even considered trading the car in and paying the remaining balance and starting a whole new note and they are trying to have me downgrade to a select few cars that i don't even want. it really shows how much they value their customers huh? well i reccommend thinking about buying your car from there before you do. eventhough the cars look nice what you get into will be your final pick because they do not care if they sell you junk.

Van was bought and was leaking gas. Kept smelling it and saw it on the ground. Took back to dealership, one mechanic said the other one did not completely attach a gas line from a recent repair. Nothing but problems with this dealership. Told them to pick up the vehicle. They told me to bring it back. Eventually they picked it up and someone at the dealership stole my sons xbox, xbox games, and projector screen, and toys out of the van. (Really a kids christmas toys-sorry piece of s$#@) I was told that they left it unlocked sitting on the lot and they had no control over it. Then it was I should have picked it up sooner. When I asked for the owner information I was told that the owner does not deal with these issues and threatened with calling the police to leave the lot. Unprofessional, uneducated, no integrity, disgusting, shady business practices for people with a lack of options at the Nolensville road location. Never again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP I took my Honda Civic there and told them what my car was doing and what we THOUGHT was wrong. They did not diagnose, they did not even tell me what they were doing to my car. When I called to inquire about the status of my car, I was informed they had flushed the cooling system, which we had already done. This fixed my car for 2 days before it started acting up again. I took it back to the garage, an all they were willing to do was replace the thermostat. When I called to speak to the owner, he cussed me out and hung up on me. I have no clue how this shop is still in business, but do not trust them with your car 6 months later and my car still isn't working properly because they took all the money I had to fix my car.
