I have been a customer of the "original" Raleigh Tire store (In the Raleigh part of Memphis, TN) for the past 30 years. I have bought all of my tires and had most of my repair work done there. Just recently, I had some major brake repair done there. After paying and going home, they called me and said, "We over-charged you $135 for that work. Please come back, and we'll give you a refund." My grandmother was the victim of a riding mower theft and DTS towed her lawnmower after the police recovered it (still on the trailer and truck that stole it). They are charging $200 plus storage fees for her to get her STOLEN lawnmower back AFTER BEING THE VICTIM OF A CRIME! They are a truly scumbag company and I ask all of you to please leave negative reviews, spread the word and most importantly, use ANY company other than these

Seller sells items thru eBay and demands immediate payment or threatens to cancel the sale and relist it. My item arrived damaged and he didn't believe it because he packed the item himself. I sent him pics of the damage and the undamaged box. I left unfavorable feedback on eBay and he found a way to delete it. So I'm posting my feedback here so as to be heard.
