I don't know if this is where I post a review for a auto purchase... but just wanted to share my experience with them. They provided me financing when no one else would. I was in and out of the dealership in no time! I will never dread buying a used car again...because I am going right back to them!

Please take your car somewhere else! Larry Duncan and his crew are a bunch of con-artist. They doubled the price they quoted me for transmission repai. I paid for a lifetime warranty and my transmission started to slip again, 3 months later. I went to the shop, so they could look at my car and they wouldn't honor the warranty. They are a bunch of CROOKS!!! I should have done my due diligence, however the business was operating under a different name. I would give them negative stars of I could (-5) stars.

I purchased a flight from Washington to purchase a truck that was promised to be sound. I placed a deposit and had completed all of the paper work except for signing. When I got to the dealership, I was told they need to fix an injector. I had to purchase a hotel and wait, then the following day the rep. Mike D. told me that the engine was blown. He then teased saying we were lucky he did not change the injector and send us on our way. I viewed several other trucks on the lot and ALL of the trucks had the check engine lights on. When I went to the shop to see another truck, the mechanics were burning tread into balding tires. This place was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE HONEST! The manager was unhelpful and did not care to discuss what had happened. This facility is not honest and will do anything to take your money.

I purchased a used 2006 Range Rover from Hamdy the onwer on eBay.I live in FL. Car looked great in photos and listing. Talked to Hamdy he said everything worked great on car, no issues. Purchased car and had LemonSquad inspect it. Hamdy must have paid off the inspector to give me a decent report as none of these obvious flaws were mentioned. Immediately upon delivery by driver that Budget Motors hired I found lots of issues with the car. The engine would not idle, needed full tuneup/throttle body service $1,000. AC compressor was broken, mechanic advised that seller overfilled Freon to try and hide problem $1,800 repair. Brake rotors are severely warped, there was a bolt stuck in the front tire. There was also extensive body damage, deep scratches and scars from minor accidents that he tried to fix with touchup paint. None of this was disclosed to me. Several other issues including blown speakers, glovebox broken, etc. I asked Hamdy in writing to reimburse me for repairs several times over the last 2 weeks before leaving this feedback and he would not even give me the decency of a response. I would not trust these people as far as i can throw a stick. I would be willing to go into more detail to anyone who wants to know about his shady practices of selling cars out of state.

By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all.
