My vehicle has 250,000 miles on it. It needs some work. I can’t get it all done. They help me sort through what was a safety issue and what could be left undone. They didn’t try to upset me on anything. They didn’t try to have me do the most expensive things. I actually know my cars (they don’t know that) and they were honest to a fault! Friendly! Wonderful people! You also get a free car wash with your service. My car sits under a tree that leaves sap on the hood. It’s awful. They scrubbed the sap off the hood. They didn’t have to. I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I w... read more I wanted to wait a bit before posting a review just to be positive I was as pleased with the work as I initially thought, and by golly, I am! Due to Covid restrictions (I guess) my regular repair shop has been closed, and my car was making scary awful noises as I drove (never a good feeling). Car repairs are never easy for a single gal that knows absolutely zero about cars, especially when looking for a new mechanic (get ripped off much)! Anyway, I was given a recommendation by someone I barely knew to go to Jerry at Christian's Auto Repair, and man oh man, am I thrilled I acted on the recommendation! My car is older (2008), and it is driving like a brand new vehicle. I look down and I am going 85 mph (I never normally speed in my "beater" car), and the ride is as smooth and quiet as a new car! Thoroughly pleased with the kindness and professionalism I received at Christians on Dallas Road in Grapevine, and I will be return there going forward for maintenance and repairs. AC cooling problem began with intermittent cooling- contacted grapevine Import Car Care and spoke with Donny. He turned us over to Jason and with COVID 19 contactless service, Jason did a great job! We were notified it was Honda’s infamous CRV clutch failure (a recall issued in 2012-13, but if it wasn’t failing, your vehicle didn’t qualify); Jason posted the diagnosis by email, called and discussed repair, answered questions, wanted our verbal affirmation to complete repair! We have a 2 yr warranty, and cold AC! Just in time-
