Before you go near this place, Google Bedford Just Brakes Complaints. Simple brake job cost my wife more than 1000 dollars because she was naive. Some things they did had nothing at all to do with the brake system. I promise to spend every evening for the next week posting this as many places as I can. I hope it saves you money.

I don't know if this is where I post a review for a auto purchase... but just wanted to share my experience with them. They provided me financing when no one else would. I was in and out of the dealership in no time! I will never dread buying a used car again...because I am going right back to them!

Please take your car somewhere else! Larry Duncan and his crew are a bunch of con-artist. They doubled the price they quoted me for transmission repai. I paid for a lifetime warranty and my transmission started to slip again, 3 months later. I went to the shop, so they could look at my car and they wouldn't honor the warranty. They are a bunch of CROOKS!!! I should have done my due diligence, however the business was operating under a different name. I would give them negative stars of I could (-5) stars.

I purchased a flight from Washington to purchase a truck that was promised to be sound. I placed a deposit and had completed all of the paper work except for signing. When I got to the dealership, I was told they need to fix an injector. I had to purchase a hotel and wait, then the following day the rep. Mike D. told me that the engine was blown. He then teased saying we were lucky he did not change the injector and send us on our way. I viewed several other trucks on the lot and ALL of the trucks had the check engine lights on. When I went to the shop to see another truck, the mechanics were burning tread into balding tires. This place was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE HONEST! The manager was unhelpful and did not care to discuss what had happened. This facility is not honest and will do anything to take your money.

Moral of the story: avoid this place as they can't honestly set specs to the right model, they are over priced, they still try to nickel and dime you despite being over priced, they don't honor their scheduled appointments, and they don't honor their own verbal quotes; if they can't charge you on a package deal, the price goes up on a single item. I wasted my whole morning thinking these guys are some sort of good quality and in the end they treat their customers like trash. I did end up going down the street and getting my oil AND filter changed for under $20. I'll never go back to Midas again, and in particular don't trust anything Matt says or does.

Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.
