They put the wrong oil in my tranny burnt it up then Keith refused to give me the owners man hung up on me every time said he was gonna y’all with the owner have them call me that never happend he’s a real pice of shit they had kids doing the work it states he was in the well doing the work witch he never left the office area to check there work I fannaly get him to talk to me with out him hanging up he said since I pulled the tranny there not liable remember now I’m a foot this goes on for 2 weeks I was at the point I hAd to do something to fix my truck he’s a pice of shit im gonna call a attorney

The back brace wearing loser at this so called mechanics shop is a disrespectful piece of garbage. The afternoon shift here is full of lazy people who will do all they can to get you to just leave so they don't have to bring their sorry behinds out of the office and actually work for a living. Went to get my car inspected and Mr. Back brace wearing loser asked if I "even had insurance " on my vehicle. (which I did) He then told me that the insurance card on my smart phone was not valid at "his shop" and they reserved the right to refuse me service because of this. I find it odd that the e cards are valid with the POLICE DEPARTMENT!!! I can go down and get my car registered with and e card, but this backwards, inbred hillbilly will refuse service on one. More so, the loser will talk to you like you stole the car you drove into "his shop" in, regardless of the fact he knows nothing about me, Am I a veteran? An active member of the armed forces? Undercover police officer? Or a family man trying to get his truck inspected in order to be able to get back and forth to work and feed his family? No, all he knows is that it is hot outside and he would much rather sit his worthless hide in the A.C than to come out and serve the customers. There is a reason this place is never busy!!!! Don't allow the convenience of empty stalls fool you into thinking it is worth the trip to this pathetic excuse of a shop. Go to Granite shoals, go to Kingsland, but do not allow some uneducated, bitter, self loathing scum disrespect you. He wouldn't pass my motorcycle for a lack of rear reflectors, which I installed. But I would never bring my custom chopper to a place where the mechanic is one of those guys whose wife (or boyfriend) won't allow him to ride one, or his birth defect of an empty scrotum doesn't give him the necessary testosterone to straddle one. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Frank is a good man. He is honest and has fair prices. He cares about his reputation. He won't do work you don't need and doesn't try to upsell. We've had two cars serviced by him and the work was excellent.

Always a pleasant experiene at Bee Creek. Dropped truck off for oil change at 8am and they called around noon that it was ready. I had asked that it be ready by then so I could pick up my daughter from preschool on time.

WE have always gone to Larry's lube for our oil changes and inspections. We had to call the other day because of a FLAT and I mean FLAT tire away from home. They came and replaced our tire temporarily with our spare, took bad tire back to shop and by next day had a new tire ready to mount on our car at our earliest convenience. To top it off they didn't even charge us for rescuing us with the putting on of the spare for us to get home. FANTASTIC guys to deal with - THANKS !!!
