You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

This is the best car place EVER! I can usually drive right in and get my car services. Can not take a truck and get it out in less than a week even for the smallest repairs. Lack of concern and very little customer service at this place.
