As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Look for the carwash next to tractor supply. It's behind the carwash.) Angie T. Mansfield, TX

I just want to say, Best group of MECHANICS EVER!!! I have never been to a mechanic shop that was so straight forward with what repairs are needed, the first time I went to them was in January, I was told by another shop I needed a new water pump and if I bought the part it would lower the price to put it on, but after I bought the part their labor fee wasn't what they said it would be. So I called around and got price quotes all way to expensive and wouldn't take my newly bought part!!! I then went to Nation Auto care and asked them about it, they told me it wasn't my water pump it was my intake!! and walked me through everything, and made sure I knew what was going to be done, and how much. This time, I had gotten into an accident, broke my rear axel, I had it towed to their shop. lets say they had my van ready in days!! they replaced the axle, did new breaks rotors and all my oil changes and replaced the blown/damaged tire. and my Van now drives 100 percent better now then it did when I drove it off the car lot, and I had that car lot pull my van in for repairs three times over my shaking while breaking " which the car lots mechanic said it was just my allinement" which was my ROTORS!! which had led to my accident. I chose to pay out of pocket to have my repairs done, over my collision coverage from my car dealer, Quality over price. And that's what you get when you go to nation Auto care you get QUALITY! they even fixed up my bumper the best they could. and the price, let me tell you unless you can do auto work on your own you will not find better prices or people for that matter then what you are getting here.

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

I have a 1996 Cadillac Eldorado. I had a Check Engine light on and was missing. The voltage from the alternator was low on the meters.Bottom line, they found that the Alternator need replacement. It was determined that the spark plugs and coils were in good condition. Due to the age of the car, they decided that cleaning out the fuel injectors was needed. During the road testing to clear the computer, one of the coils went out and was replaced. What impressed me most was during the process of the repair they maintained a professional and courteous attitude toward the customer.Keep me well informed during the process. The car runs better then it has in over 10 years. I will not use any other shop for my work.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

This store charged me 50.00 in gas that I never received. I never touched the pump and when I called to resolve the issue I was given the tun around by some stand in manager who stated that they wouldn't help and that they would be out of business if they helped everyone in situations like mine. I stated they have cameras and can look and see that I never touched the pump. I was told to go ahead and file a complaint because nothing would be done.

LoweTech was the first place I took my car in Arlington in January 2015 and they completed the job. They are closed all weekend, which caused me to be without a car longer than expected, but that's understandable and I knew that going in. Just expect it. I've personally only met 2 of the brothers. One, a larger gentleman with a little longer hair, has his good days and bad days it seems. He certainly has some customer service skills. The thinner, somewhat older looking brother (who did the work on my car) acted as if I was a burden by being there. The price was fair, but when I asked questions about the work to be done the issue with the vehicle was not really explained, and any questions I had were responded to with one two word answers. I don't feel they did it intentionally, however I left without a full understanding of why the damage had occurred, what could be done to prevent it, or how to tell if any other issues were present. They seemed honest, and it was affordable. However, I don't think they have very good human relations skills, and I would have loved to have known what exactly was wrong with my car and how it occurred. Short of being rude myself, I did everything I could to pull it out of them. Recently, the owners posted a response to this review on another reviewing site. The response not only refuted what I said, but never addressed me directly to rectify the situation. This response illustrates what I experienced at the shop. I would have been receptive to a direct response and would have likely amended my review, as I believe in second chances. Where they are located is loaded with mechanics (just down the street is a much better shop - see my other reviews) so you would think they would try to do something to set themselves apart from the places around them by offering a more customer friendly experience.
