i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

I have been going to 3rd street garage for a little over a year and have had several things fixed on my jeep. One was the steering box in my jeep last year. When I picked up my jeep the airbag light was on. The mechanic told me to just unhook the battery and the light will go away. I did that and the light remained on. I called Melvin and he said bring it in. I also had a leak in my radiator so I went by there . They were suppose to fix the radiator and fix the airbag problem created when they were working on the steering box. I was even told by the mechanic that is was a clock spring that probably broke while working on it. When I picked up the jeep they fixed the radiator and did not fix the light. When I asked about it they told me they they need to order a special tool to see what the problem was but they said if it was the clock spring then its on them, and if its my airbags then its on me. WHAT??? My jeep was fine when I let you work on it and now there is a problem. It should not be anything I have to deal with. I called back to see if they had this "Special Tool" and was told that Melvin would call me back. That has been 5 days ago and I have not heard from anyone.. Also I find out from them that the whole time, including now, that my airbags will not work if I have an accident. I have had my kids in that vehicle quite a bit and never knew this. The place is ran horribly and is very dirty. I am sure they they have done some people right, but the experience I have had with them has been HORRIBLE. The fact is there is probably no special tool and they are just hoping I don't come back. The spring cost over $400 they told me and that's $400 that they should eat, not me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Excellent communication, friendly staff and I was informed of any issues and maintenance that was due on my vehicle to ensure it’s stays safe and reliable for me and my family. They truly care about their customers and their cars.

I don't know if this is where I post a review for a auto purchase... but just wanted to share my experience with them. They provided me financing when no one else would. I was in and out of the dealership in no time! I will never dread buying a used car again...because I am going right back to them!

Please take your car somewhere else! Larry Duncan and his crew are a bunch of con-artist. They doubled the price they quoted me for transmission repai. I paid for a lifetime warranty and my transmission started to slip again, 3 months later. I went to the shop, so they could look at my car and they wouldn't honor the warranty. They are a bunch of CROOKS!!! I should have done my due diligence, however the business was operating under a different name. I would give them negative stars of I could (-5) stars.

I purchased a flight from Washington to purchase a truck that was promised to be sound. I placed a deposit and had completed all of the paper work except for signing. When I got to the dealership, I was told they need to fix an injector. I had to purchase a hotel and wait, then the following day the rep. Mike D. told me that the engine was blown. He then teased saying we were lucky he did not change the injector and send us on our way. I viewed several other trucks on the lot and ALL of the trucks had the check engine lights on. When I went to the shop to see another truck, the mechanics were burning tread into balding tires. This place was extremely inappropriate and unhelpful! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE HONEST! The manager was unhelpful and did not care to discuss what had happened. This facility is not honest and will do anything to take your money.
