They got my old trucks AC Colder than its ever been before.

DO not do business with Mida's on Pat Booker and here is why...Def. would not be doing business with them again as I had in the past. I Took my truck in and left it there. I was pretty sure that I had a fouled spark plug. They ran test and called me stating that the plug in cylinder 1 was bad and asked if I wanted them to change it. Told them I had NGk plugs and they would have to replace all of them and asked how much it would be. Was told it would be $79.99 to replace all six which seemed ok since the plugs are $7 a piece and it is not a hard job to do. When I picked the truck up I was told it was $253.07 after arguing I had no choice but to pay to get my truck back. They said sorry for the misunderstanding we could give you a few free oil changes. Explained I do not prepay for oil changes and I just want to be charged what I was quoted. In the end I payed them the$253.07 and now will do my best to make sure no one does business with them or any of the locations owned by this group.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOU'RE VEHICLE, THEY WILL REFUSE TO HELP YOU. THEY WILL DENY EVERYTHING THEY SAY ABOUT AUTO REPAIRS. NICE PPL BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, BUT THEY SELL OVER PRICED JUNK CARS.DO BOOT BUT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER AND THROW AWAY MONEY.

My fan broke off into my radiator!! They sent a tow to pick up my vehicle and searched for the entire assembly kit and I had my vehicle in a week! The guys are respectful and courteous. They also have a salvage vehicle lot where you can pick your own used parts, making your repair cost you less! There are also customer vehicles for sale so you can shop for another vehicle! It's really cool to have the convenience of a one-stop shop!! Thanks, guys!
