Brought a 85 Mercedes to have a engine redone Have put less than 300 miles on car the car stalled took to Mercedes shop and was told the engine was locked Returned vehicle to the shop for repair and now waiting to see if they will honor the warranty The bill was 7400 so I am concerned. Will provide follow up when the owner Adam addresses this issue.

My car was towed in to this shop . I chose this shop cause I use to work there when it was under different management (back when the short bald guy ran it) the mechanics then were dedicated to there jobs , and cared about DIAGNOSING OUR CUSTOMERS cars with precision and performed the service like professionals. When my 1989 trans am wss towed in I explained to sid the problems he began to assign his mechanic , guaranteeing it would be completed as I haad to return home to arkansas. The car had sit for three years with a full tank of gas (I just purchased said car) the first thing they said was distributer , then computer , next a short in the wiring and the next day still not finished I flew home .so three weeks later I returned to pick up my vehicle that they replaced the distributer and fuel pump and thats it onlyy now it would start but ran rough ii was frusterated at the whole situation I was forced to have to take vehicle back home the car was missing on four cylinders thats half so me being a mech .I got the car to my dads and began to notice a lot of vacuum hoses off time ran out so I loaded it on a trailer and came home the next day I began to work on it and found it needed a fuse and two injectors . After being CHARGED 1450.00 FOR A DISTRIIBUTER AND FUEL PUMP MY CAR SHOULD OF RAN LIKE IT WAS NEW..SID TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF CAUSE I lIVED OUT OF STATE and it would be hard to get warranty work done !!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHIING IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE SID TOOK IT OVER !!!! TAKE SOME PRIDE IN UR BUISNESS .

I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the level of work, craftsmanship, and customer service I received here. I'll be suggesting Back 2 Right to everyone I know. Scott K.

We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.

This place is a rip off. My friend got his car inspected there over two weeks ago and it failed b/c of the 02 sensor light. He then fixed it and b/c it was over 2 weeks they charged him again. It failed after he got it fixed. Then they charged him again and said it needed to travel 108 miles before they bring it back. The lady at the front desk was very rude and downright mean whenever he questioned their practices. I will never go there or tell anyone to take their car there.

I WAS FORCED TO PUT A STAR. THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE! Please, for YOUR SAFETY and EVERYONE ON THE ROAD, STAY FAR AWAY from this person. This place is TAKING THE GOOD PARTS OFF AND REPLACING THEM WITH CRAP. They are using the carfax to fool you. CARFAX WANTS TO KNOW!! I strongly advise that you get in touch with carfax if you have been cheated. There is a certificate that carfax will buy back your vehicle, but Sal removes it before giving you the carfax Please I strongly advise you read all the reviews on GOOGLE, YAHOO, ASK and everywhere you can. Trust me it will not take you long to find what others are saying. This company has so many CIVIL SUITS; they put the company in another name. These cars fall apart and can cause harm to you and other people on the road. Do you think this guy cares?? Help by putting this person OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!

Do Not purchase a Western Union from this store. We purchased a $50 Western Union card, got home and it wouldn't work. Called Western Union and they told me to take it back to the store where I purchased it because they did not scan it in correctly. I went back and they told me they could not refund my money. I had my receipt and the Asst Manager refused and told me they could not. I told them I don't go around giving gas stations $50 and I needed my money back for a product they produced incorrectly and they still refused and told me I have to call the Customer service line on the door. They are very rude and unconcerned and they don't give a crap about their customers. Now I have to spend the next who knows how many days or months of my life fighting with Velero to get my $50 bucks back. DON't Buy money orders or western union or any other gift cards of any kind at this store. If it's faulty they will not give you your money back!!!
