Told me I needed 4 tires and brakes- yes I need ball joints but trying to up sell and scare into servicing doesn’t set well. Especially when 2 of the tires were brand new- I replaced brakes and rotors 2 years ago so I knew those were also good. Just run away , this shop just looking to your pocket how, I go there ... read more Just run away , this shop just looking to your pocket how, I go there for minor issue they asked $6k then took it to other shop and fixed with $700 so I am sure they make it worse and add so many parts to estimate just to make money this is horrible, just scape from there but if you have money and you don’t care then go . Also I told them what is wrong and got surprised with diagnostic fee , bad bad bad . Like Scammmmmmmmmmmmmm, be careful
Unfortunately this is the first time I've been there and left dissatis... read more Unfortunately this is the first time I've been there and left dissatisfied I've been coming to Santa Ana for 6 years even though they're quite expensive I've still never had to go back with a problem the same problem so I'm very disappointed that I had my brakes and rotors done and I'm still here in the same qtweaking sound Even though I trusted them so totally in my last visit I'm sure this will be my last but thanks for all the good work you did previously
