Unfortunately my contact information was not correct and so I did not hear back from anyone and had to be the one to call. I needed to get my oxygen sensor replaced and felt very pressured it had to be done immediately. I took my car there because I had heard good things. But now I find out that some of the charges were not even necessary so I had been overcharged. This was very disappointing.

I came in for an oil change, which was not done due to a recommendation was $2800 for a complete timing belt cover replacement to fix an oil leak. It didn’t feel right so I took my car to a friend who lives much further, he fixed my loose timing belt oil tension cap with some sealant for free, then changed my oil. Even if he charged me for the fix he said it would’ve been <$100. My impression of Adams auto is that your business is built on scamming the rich and ignorant.
