Alignment service near Irving, TX

Kinney's always seeks to provide the best service possible. Part of that job is to spot problems and get them repaired. When people just do oil changes and NO MAINTENANCE they get big repair bills or at least they get asked to repair the vehicle in order to make it safe to drive. I see reviews where some folks think that being asked to keep their vehicle in GOOD repair is a bad thing.. they are very shortsighted to do that- just fix it when it breaks.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!  I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Called a few places and the one that seemed to have a better deal was dfw frame and alignment. The alignment was quoted at around $60 which seemed pretty decent. Little did I know that after taking my car in to dfw frame and alignment, it quickly went from $60 to about $600 worth of work and repair. On top of that, it cost $42.50 just to tell me that.....  without having anything done to the car!! Diagnostic fees... It is posted on the counter top handwritten on a piece of paper. But unless your looking for it,  you wouldn't catch it. Nor do they go out of their way to let you know there is a diagnostic fee. They wouldn't do the alignment unless I first replaced my front tire. Otherwise it would void any type of warranty with the alignment service I was needing.  They stated that my front two axles would need to be replaced as well which would bring it up to about $600. But never once was it ever verbally discussed that just from them taking my keys and getting my car on a lift to find this out would cost me $42.50. The employee did state however, that if I were to come back to get my axles done the $42.50 wouldnt be charged again for the work...... But it would NOT be returned if I got the tire replaced and came back the next day to get just the alignment done.  I did clarify with dfw alignment that had I had good tires,  they would have gone through with the alignment and not charged me the diagnostic fee. Doesnt make any sense to me. Bottom line, had they been a more upfront that there would be a fee regardless of any work being done, I might have considered giving them a try. It just feels sneaky to me really set the character of the place. I'd personally be more loyal with my business to a place that doesn't try to outsmart you or always give you the upsale. just good quality and trustworthy service. I'm still looking for one. But dfw frame and alignment is definately out of that category in my book.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I have my car back and it is running great. Thanks Joe Gabrel L.

I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

Driving from North Carolina to Arizona and my Discovery started to have some issues. They were able to diagnose it and repair it immediately and also gave me some great tips for future reference. Owner and all the guys in the shop are top notch. Charles Sithes

Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.

My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.

Arrived at 945 to get an inspection. was told the woman who did them would be there at 10. I went back at 1020. she wasn't there and was told "give me 30 minutes". the guy was supposedly on the phone with her telling him she was running late....really? he obviously had no clue if or when she was coming in so I blew it off. I have gotten inspections there before and every time the woman is not there for a variety of reasons, including "she's gone down the street to get something to eat", and I have chosen to wait. Not today though. if I try to get an inspection there again I will call first to make sure she is there. shouldn't be that difficult to get an inspection, you know?

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a break controller a week ago, after waiting 7 days and no type of notification that my order was shipped I tried calling at 0900 to check to status. I was told to leave a message and Crystal would call me right back if the phone went to voice mail. I left Crystal a VERY detailed message asking to provide me the status of y order. At 3pm (1500) I tried calling back since Crystal never return my calls. The receptionist transferred me to sales only to be on hold for 45 minutes. Than someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager. I was told Jeff Wilson was the sales manager (972-629-6577). But he was the only person working the sale counter. I asked to be transfer to him. I was told she would but he's not going to answer he's doing other stuff. I ask if he was the only person working sale. The receptionist said she didn't know. I ask for the General Manager (Mike Phillips)how was not working that day. I ask for any other managers. I as told Jeff Wilson was the only person work all of the Southwest Wheel Company business this day (5 MARCH 2013). Again, I asked, "So you are telling me that this entire company is being ran by you and Jeff Wilson? Yes, I called Jeff's direct number 972-629-6577 and the phone was picked up on the first ring by Tom Curly (not sure of the last name he hung to fast to ask again) and told, I’ll call you I feel like it and hung up on. This company shows it is owed by two different Corporations NELSON H SPENCER ET AL and D V H COMPANIES INC. All this for a simple, HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED AND WHAT IS THE SHIPPING INFORMATION?
