The quality of work, you can not ask for anything better. Top quality...I was informed of a problem with options on what to do to correct. Vehicle was repaired and ready before scheduled within the cost estimate. Highly recommend Trinity Auto Haus for any vehicle repair. The highest compliment I can give, I would recommend my parents to Trinity Auto Haus if they still had a vehicle.

spent 9.00 for the real deal...put soap on my vehicle then froze....waited for some time, never did anything else. Called the number posted on web....busy signal....I realize things can break but refund the service or money and fix it. If this isn't refunded, I will never use again. This was my second time for this to break when I was trying to use it. They need to bulldoze this down. Worthless!

Absolute terrible service complete rip off fixing things I don't even need faxed lying to your face telling me they're going to look at my truck and give me a verbal estimate before they write anything up for your truck and then hitting you with a big bill beware do not do any business with this truck dealership

My family and I were heading south on vacation when my transmission had major failure. I pulled into allied and talked to Gary. After a few minutes I felt comfortable with his knowledge. I brought the suburban back early next morning. Gary was very helpful to our family while we were in Waco. He got us back on the road in a very timely manner once we figured out the problem. He went above and beyond and if I lived in Waco,tx I would take all my vehicles to his shop. Thanks again Gary.

These people are WONDERFUL! They are honest and prices are reasonable. They are friendly, look at your care, find out whats wrong, AND fix it in a timely manner. They will have my service for a very long time!

I have taken my cars to Luikart's for several years now and they are always very nice and better priced than the dealership. They even replaced the battery for my keyless entry key for no charge. They are very trustworthy which is hard to find these days!

Tommy is the only automotive technician I have used for 8 years. Reason being, he does quality work efficiently at an affordable rate. I recommend him to anyone that needs automotive repairs. How great that I don't have to leave my house to get the work done.

Paid cash for a vehicle, then was informed the salesman made a mistake and didn't enter in the Mclennen county taxes and WE would have to come up with $310 to get out plates. We told them UMMMM NO, their mistake, their mistake they should pay...so they eventually payed. ANNND to top it all off the thing started smoking on us!!! 2 days after we bought it too, how bout that? Took it to a mechanic and he informs us that we need a new engine because a piston ring is cracked and has been for awhile and something has been done to temperaraly stop the exhausted smoke. Hmmmmm. Well when we inform the dealership, they deny deny deny of course, swears up and down he doesn't know how to stop exhaust smoke and that he is honest as can be.....yet he told us to go to his "great friends" down the street and try to trade it to them but don't tell them about the problem. And if I don't like driving around with the smoke there's this stuff I can buy right around the corner. A Checker that temperaraly stops the smoke!!!! I thought he didn't know how to mask problems like that. Hmmmmmm! Every single thing I've said here has been completely true. I loved my car, for a day...and the service was decent, until they were caught. Take your car to FREDS AUTO to get it looked over before you buy ANYTHING!!! He is aware of this dealership. Buyer beware!

HERE IS WHAT I FILED WITH THE BBB OF TEXAS!! NEXT RECOURSE WILL BE LEGAL ACTION!! Inferior Engine Rebuild Skillset Attributes and Lack of Professional Workmanship Quality with the Inability to Resolve the Issue!! Approx May of 2009 I brought my pickup truck to this establishment to have an engine rebuild performed. I brought them a different similar engine to rebuild and install in the truck. On 6/8/08 I rendered payment of $504.75 for completion of the work. Upon driving my truck during the break-in period I noticed a distinctive odor of antifreeze in the engine compartment but could not discover a leak. I then drove my truck to Dallas TX for work and noticed the odor again. Upon further inspection the radiator was basically without coolant so I fill it up to the necessary level. This continued for approximately 4 months until I contacted the establishment conveying the symptoms of the problem. I explained to them I performed a radiator compression test and was losing compression in the radiator. They then told me to bring the truck back in and recommended I replace the radiator, which I did. Approximately 4-8 months elapsed and started to experience a bad hesitation and loss of power in the truck. (I rarely drive the truck due to my travels abroad and the use of my second vehicle) I brought the truck back to them for an analysis and upon my return to pick up my truck they told me they found a blown head gasket which they charged me and additional $750. They laid the blame on a crack in the coolant overflow reservoir which at the time seemed somewhat suspect since the reservoir has been cracked since I owned the truck (5 years prior) and the radiator was always full. I did not argue the point since I was schedule to depart on a flight for my job. I rarely drove my truck during 2011 except on personal leisure and noticed a distinctive loss of power and hesitation during the month of December 2011. As I was returning home my truck started smoking REALLY bad

I dropped my car off and weeks later picked it up in worse condition and unfinished. They had the nerve to ask for big $$! Rip off!

Russell is DISHONEST ! He is the owner of this dealership and puts up a front like he is doing good business but he is not ! My husband and i purchases a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour from him and paid $19,000 for the car last year May. We were suppose to move overseas and so we did not have to pay taxes on the car. The move fell through and so we contacted Russell In Jan of 2014 to help with the taxes and registration which he did. I then decided i did not want to keep the crosstour. The car was taken to Carmax, Texas Auto Direct, and Mac Haik for appraisal and we were told the car had FRAME DAMAGE. We were very upset because it was never disclosed to us by Russell that there was a frame damage. I decided to contact him and he swear that it was impossible that the car had frame damage but we had it assessed even at Honda and they said the same thing. Russell then proceeded to forward me (in my mind) Forged Carfax report that was totally different from the other reports i received from Honda, Carmax, and Mac Haik that was pulled up on Auto check that showed the car was reported to have frame damage before Russell sold it. I called him about it and he told me that auto-check is garbage. He never once apologized for the lies he told which included that the car was bought from a dealership and the sold to us (whereas the car was bought from an auction). My Advise to anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off it RUN . Northcrest Auto does not do honest business!

THEY SOLD ME A CAR .. ok. with apparently a "new transmission' YET I HAVE A TRANSMISSION LEAK this is a joke of a shop, don't waste your money and time they sell cars from a transmission shop with a transmission leak? not to mention they have had my car for 4 days now and not even looked at it, sure do have priorities straight.
