We are new to the area and bought an old BMW to drive to the ground. Knowing it was old it was still in great condition but needed a few things fixed. This place found the problems, fixed them, though it was pricey I don't believe the prize reflected them at all, I think BMW parts are just pricey. They treated us great! This is the worst car audio place around here I had to take my stereo completely out and rewire everything they ripped me off from the very beginning I even ran the power and ground wires from the battery myself and they could not get it right they tore up my backseat they ruined my stereo by not grounding the amps correctly they ruined everything I would never recommend this place to anybody all they had to do was wired the amplifiers up and they could not even get that right never go there they will not warranty anything

I got a new set of tires and have had nothing but trouble ever since. They make it like it's my fault. I got a new excuse every time I went back. I Won't be back , should have known when the place was empty. that the they wouldn't do a good job.

The repairs were impeccable, super quality workmanship by the technician replacing the required parts, straightening, reinforcing and aligning the whole side! The painting and detailing was factory quality! Overall the repairs were excellent! I'm a very pleased customer and highly recommend Vin's Paint & Body any time there is an occasion, for professional, courteous, excellent and timely automobile paint & body work required!

So I showed up June 13th, brought my 94 Chevy diesel with receipts adding up to 3k of work done, mind you the truck still needed work... His offer, 1.5k trade in, on a vehicle. I call him the Monday week after, he stated his offer still would stand like it did the week before, but he has a guy coming buying this specific truck cash and he would much rather have the cash, understandable. So I show up at 4:30 because the guy supposedly coming with cash is to show at 5. I'm with my son waiting on this guy to no show, and what do you know he doesn't show. So I ask Justin what now since the guy hasn't showed, now the offer is 1k , 500 in cash because of the leak, again it's a diesel with 3k alone in receipts, . So at the end of the story utterly disappointed beyond everything, it's hot outside, my 3 yr old is cranky and a car salesman who can't hold to his word, and wants the title, cash, and the truck note of 4k paid in a year. Will not go back., all this over a Chevy silverado 2000 year model 179000 miles.... Guy was going to get his money either way, greed took over.

Do not hesitate. Bring your vehicle to Scott’s. I live in Lake Charles, LA where we have no BMW dealerships. I made the mistake of going to 2 local mechanics who claimed they are skilled to service BMW’s. One even claimed to be BMW certified.?? I had an oil and coolant leak. Neither of them were able to get to the root of the problem. They replaced a few parts and the problem literally got worse. I was trying to avoid going to BMW of Beaumont due to my vehicle no longer being under warranty, but I had no choice after two failed mechanics. Now I do love BMW of Beaumont, because they have impeccable customer service, but their labor fees are ridiculously priced. I then researched mechanics in the Beaumont area that serviced foreign vehicles. For some reason Scott’s Import Service stuck out to me. So, I began to read reviews and find any and everything I could find on them including their social media pages. From what I gathered, this place seemed and sounded legit from the reviews. I spoke with Ms. Patty over the phone and set up an appointment. The day comes to drop off my vehicle and I meet Ms. Patty in person and we go over the details of everything. While in there a gentleman walks in and he over hears my concerns and he asked how did I discover Scott’s. I told him from the internet and he was so shocked. He tells me how Scott’s is the very best mechanic shop in town and I need not worry. He then tells me how Scott’s serviced his wife’s and his mother’s BMW’s as well as his pickup truck and countless other vehicles throughout the years. I felt more confident about leaving my car in their hands. Being that my home is in L.C., LA I needed a ride to get my car rental to head back home and they provided the gentleman and I a ride to the car rental place. Awesome! I brought my car on a Monday and it was fixed by Wednesday. They called me before working on the car and kept me updated throughout the process. Scott would speak to me, himself. I arrived on Thursday to get my car and my car felt doggone near brand new again. No lie! I wanted to burst out crying when I sat in my car. I finally found an awesome mechanic who knows what he’s doing and didn’t try to rip off a female consumer.?? I prayed to God Almighty for a real mechanic and He answered my prayers. He is my mechanic…PERIOD!!! I will continue to use Scott’s Import Service from here on out and when you go there, tell them Ebony from Lake Charles, LA sent you! Thank you, Scott??

I was just at this service station today in fact. I got my car inspected there. The service was very fast. Other days, I have fueled my car up here on many occasions. Without exception, this station has the best gas prices in town. That is definitely important to me since gas seems to be so expensive now days

I had a lot of trouble with may mas air flow keeping my check engine light on. Tony hooked up my car to the computer and after going through all the procedure fix the car and now car is running perfect. I have watched fix a verity of problems on a lot of different makes of automobiles. BMWs Lexes Audis and a verity of domestic autos. I would trust Tony to take care of what ever you need done to your vehicles.

I have to use this place several times, but this time I pulled up to get my oil change and wash, the guy at the entrance just looked at me I had ask him do you have time to change my oil? He said yep and I would like to have it washed, he did not acknowledge my request so I went inside and waited while the counter staff discussed more important things like what happened over the weekend . I told the lady I need a wash she said ok, I said how do you know which one i want she said you get the free one I said no I want the upgrade she rolled her eyes looked at my truck and said we can't wash that . They never got my truck clean before I just delt with it because they we convenant but this is it
