I found DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, a few months ago after searching for a place that did Paintless Dent Repair(PDR) north of Dallas. I have delt with several PDR businesses in the past to repair door dings and hail dents. I was never satisified with their work. I took a chance with DFW Dent Repair to take out some door dings and some manufacturer defects in the sheetmetal on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes after Justin and Chase did the work. It was like the door dings and defects were never there! I was so happy with their work that I recently took my wife's 2012 black Jeep Overland to take out a nice size door ding. Justin took care of it easily. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give a huge "Thank You" to DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, for making our cars look great and for their 1st class customer service!!!

The work performed was satisfactory, owner/mechanic is obviously knowledgeable and has been in business for many years. Like most auto repair shops, they so often fail to show their cost of parts plus the mark up, which can be significant depending on brand and who the wholesaler is. In most cases auto repair shops will buy after market products instead of OEM, which allows them to mark up the parts a 100 to 150 percent plus labor. This lack of transparency can cost the customer a good deal of money over an above what is considered reasonable. First consult a auto parts store for pricing on parts needed, you'll find that the retail pricing will be less than what your paying the auto repair shop. In most cases auto repair labor charges will exceed the cost of parts by 70 to 300 percent, a wide disparity indeed.

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM

A LOT OF WASTED TIME!!! Don’t waste your time!! My first experience with North Dallas RV was to have some warranty work done to my 2017 interstate airstream lounge EXT. I was told that they were capable of handling warranty issues they arise. Talked with service manager Randy, said bring it in will take care of it. I asked him how long would it take him, he said a week two weeks tops. The issues I needed repair was the trim that was falling off. two months went by and nothing was Done. They never called, I always had to call. During that time, the unit needed to be winterized. They told me they would handle it. At the end of the two months, I finally just went and picked it up. He claimed the reason why he was unable to do the repairs was it was too cold. I asked him why didn’t you tell me that before I dropped it off, he replied he thought he would have time to do it. So during that whole period of time nothing was done for two months other than winterizing. I told him I would bring it back as it got warmer. My second experience finally have the repairs done took a little over a week picked it up went on my first trip. turn on my water pump. Not noticing that it was pouring water inside,my airstream. Apparently, when he winterized it he had the air pressure was too high and blew of a water line. And Noticed that he didn’t empty the toilet valve either, it froze and started leaking. OK, by now your thinking, why would you take it again to them. But I had too! I thought they were the only ones in North Dallas that work on airstream very sad for airstream. My third visit was to replace the frozen valve, I had some sewer issues, and step issues. They fix the frozen valve, they replaced my sewer pump, but they could not figure out how to fix my step retractable step. I asked him why he couldn’t do it and he said to be honest your unit is the first of its kind to be in our shop we’ve never worked on this kind of airstream before. I told him why he didn’t say that before I dropped it off it would save us a lot of problems. Two weeks later. He tried to charge me for the toilet valve that froze on his watch. Ended up taking it to a new airstream dealer and Service. I picked it up from North Dallas RV that morning to take it to airstream of DFW which is located in Fort Worth best company ever I recommend it highly. Notice that smell was coming from my upper cabinet. The people at North Dallas RV had gotten into my wine collection, as it sat there for two weeks. One of the bottles, had tipped over and you can smell the red wine. My recommendation is that someone, if not me. Let airstreams headquarter know what they’re doing to their customers they have no business working on airstreams

Mobile - We Come to You!, Dallas

Otis did a great job detailing our car which had long needed some attention and care after many years being parked outside in the sun. He did a wonderful job on cleaning the interior and made the outside look like it had just come from the showroom. Otis was is very careful and thorough in his work, and went above and beyond our expectations to clean every corner of the car. It has been two days and we are still finding pleasant surprises of places where he spent extra time and detail to clean the interior. I would very highly recommend Otis and plan to have him detail both our cars again in the future.
