Auto repair service near Somerville, TX

on July 11th, 2016 the auto wash bay broke our windshield, the owner, Ken Tharp Jr also owns Overlook Lumber next door to the wash, will not pay for our damage and we are having to sue him in small claims.

I have been brining my older model car to Quick Lane for many years to have the oil changed. They do a good job but forget to put the new sticker in the window or else it falls off either way, I’m tired of going back and get a new sticker and will no longer patronize this place of business

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! I PAID THEM 3800.00 TO REBUILD MY TRANSMISSION, THEN THEY SENT ME TO DODGE TO HAVE IT FIXED BECAUSE THEY COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG! HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 5000.00 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION BECAUSE THEY SCREWED UP!! TOOK THEM TO COURT TO GET MY 3800.00 BACK, THEY LOST IN COURT BUT REFUSE TO PAY THE JUDGEMENT!! CROOKS, CHEATS, RIP OFF!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REFUND MY MONEY, BUT THEY REFUSED! THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW BY NOT PAYING THE COURT AWARDED JUDGEMENT THAT PROVED THEY WERE WRONG! I came in and asked if I could use their lift to check my car for damage. They helpfully obliged and even gave me a whole list of pointers and improvements that I needed. The mechanics are professional and know what they are doing. Dwight Debenport

Custermer service 1/10 they tried to rip me off several times i would not recommend going to this dealer for mechanics or repairs Story ~They called me and told me my bike was done and left a voice mail ~I called them back and asked them how much it was so i could take the right amount in cash ~i got to the store and they had raised the price about 60$ claiming that the mechanic had not filled his hours ~I said I would not pay the new raised amount dew because they had called me about 4 hours earlier and left a voice mail telling me that my bike was done and i had called them back and Agreed on a price that was due ~The cashier guy said he was going to get his manager they maid me wait like 30 min( the store was a ghost town it was so empty) ~he finally came out and told me he could only drop the price about 20$ ~i told him no because we had already discussed the price on the phone ~after about 20 min of discussing and him and his cashier going to the back room to talk they dropped the price back down to what was originally determined on the phone and i paid ~then they claimed that my bike was not done and that the mechanic had to finish it (when they had called me about 6 hours before claiming it was done) ~They made me wait about 30 more minutes I dont know how it took the mechanic 3 hours to change what i change in my garage in about 45min + a beer break When i tried to get the inspection sticker they kept on making up excuses why it would not pass and that i would have to get them repaired before they passed it They have a clear conflict of interest in that they fix bikes and that they do inspection stickers When i went to another inspection sticker place i asked them about the claims that the guys at Action Sports had brought up and they said that my bike still met the standards imposed on us by the state They will rip you off if you let you let them

I am new to Bryan Texas, and I noticed this place was always packed with cars and wanted to give it a shot. I needed an oil change and they offered a car wash also. OH MY GOSH!! They did an amazing job. I got the oil change and they not only washed and shammy dried my car they vacuumed and cleaned the inside. The guys all work so hard and really care about the service they give. They were fast and friendly. I gave 20 dollars in tip. This is my place to go now and I will definitely refer to everyone I see.
