Great service!! No issues or problems, good people to work with!

I can NOT sing praises high enough for this shop and the owner. We were stranded by the side of the road, 90 miles from his shop. Our transmission blew. He picks us up, tows the vehicle into town, takes us to a local hotel where we get a room (since it was around 8pm) and we wait. Now, this is in the middle of an ice storm; electricity goes out for 20k people in the area, and he worked on our Dodge Caravan Sport by using the generator in his shop. We were on the road THE SECOND DAY, and the price was so beyond reasonable. I highly HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!!!

Maybe this place is great I wouldn't know. I made an appointment here online. I received 2 emails confirming as well as two text appointment reminders. I showed up for my appointment and the guy said sorry we are closed. I said I made an appointment online told him about the emails and text and he said sorry. Not anything else or even lets rescahedule anything. I was likw okay guess not and walked out. So to say the least I won't go back there and wouldn't recommend them ot their customer service skills. I would have sceduled somewhere else, however their hours at the location sat 9 to 1 on Saturdays...lesson learned.

I HAD A LOT OF RESPECT FOR THESE PEOPLE UNTIL THEY TOTALLY MESSED ME OVER BIG TIME! WE HAD 2 TRANSMISSIONS GO OUT OF 2 CARS WITHIN A MONTH! SINCE GENE DIED THAT PLACE BASICALLY WENT TO HELL AND HIS FATHER WHO IS THE OWNER OF FRANKS WENT AHEAD AND REPLACED OUR TRANSMISSIONS IN BOTH CARS. WE PAID APPROX. 3,000 FOR BOTH CARS TO BE FIXED. THE FIRST CAR TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPAIRED 1 MONTH AFTER WE GOT IT BACK! WHICH HE "SUPPOSEDLY FIXED" 3 MONTHS LATER MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN ON BUSINESS IN OKLAHOMA. THE SAME TRANSMISSION THAT HE "SUPPOSEDLY FIXED" THAT SECOND TIME JUST 3 MONTHS EARLIER WENT OUT. STRANDED ON THE OUTSIDE OF OKLAHOMA CITY ON THE INTERSTATE. MY HUSBAND TRIES TO GET A-HOLD OF TOM CHESSER (THE OWNER & THE MAN WHO "SUPPOSEDLY FIXED" THE VEHICLE. WHICH HE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THERE WERE TORNADOS IN OKC AT THIS TIME AND I READ TODAY IN THE PAPER THAT THE AIR PORT IN OK CITY WAS AFFECTED BY THE TORNADO. MY HUSBAND WAS DESPERATELY CALLING TOW TRUCKS AND MOST SAID THEY COULD NOT CROSS THE STATE LINE AS WELL CHARGING 1,100 DOLLARS JUST TO TOW HIM TO THE STATE LINE AND JUST LEAVE HIM ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. OMG RU SERIOUS! FINALLY I GOT AHOLD OF TOM AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. HE SEEMED UNCONCERNED AND UNINTERESTED WHAT I WAS TELLING HIM ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. BEING THAT HE GAVE US A YEAR WARRANTY I WAS SURE HE WOULD AT LEAST HELP PAY TO GET MY HUSBAND HOME.I ASKED HIM TO CALL MY HUBBY BUT HE SAID HE WAS IN A MEETING AND WOULD IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. 2 HOURS LATER HE CALLED MY HUSBAND AND HE TOLD HIM THE SITUATION. TOM TOLD HIM HE WAS CLOSING FRANKS TRANSMISSION AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO, NO HELP,NO CONCERN AT ALL, NOTHING!!!!! FINALLY WE FOUND A TOWING SERVICE TO GO TO OKC AND GET HIM FOR ONLY $887.00. MONEY WE DO NOT HAVE! WELL GUESS WHAT MY CELL PHONE GOT CUT OFF TODAY BECAUSE THAT MONEY I HAD TO PAY MY BILL IS GONE NOW. MY ELECTRICITY IS DUE MONDAY AND I CANNOT PAY THAT EITHER. HOW CAN ANYONE BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL,INCONSIDERATE AND CRUEL?

took my car there very up front place told the cost took care of the problem fast to!!!!!! great place ..I originally had towed it to another shop. but when ask questions about car ther the mechanic become very defensive so took to todds service center.... GREAT PLACE VERY UP FRONT MECHANICS THEY GO OUT OF THER WAY TO HELP U!!!!!! I WILL RECOMMEND TODDS TO FRIENDSAND FAMILY GREAT JOB TODDS...

I didnt get back my full amount of change. They do this to everyone. Count your change and shop somewhere else. They are thieves.

I bought a brush guard online. first it was delayed shipping, then, after calling and confirming that it had shipped I waited a week and then called again to find out that the order was cancelled becuase FEDEX decided to charge for shipping, which they said was unforseen! No emial or call to let me know the order was cancelled. Unbelievable waste of my time and very unprofessional service!

THAT PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND THE OWNER JOHN IS VERY RUDE !!!!!!!! TOOK MYSTUFF OUT MY TRUCK WHEN BEING REPAIRED BEWARE THEFTS.......

i am an employee of brad's quick change and i am also a mechanic i am writeing this comment in regaurds to the last comment, and i am here to tell you that brad is as honest as they come, he does fix up his used cars and makes sure they are running as good as possible before he sells them, if brad told you that he did an oil change and tuned it up then that is what he did, and as a mechanic i can tell you that a cylinder blowing does not mean that brad didnt do what he said he did, that means the cylinder was bad and he didnt know about it .... i have worked for brad for about a year and i have never met any one as honest and straight forward as brad!!!

I will never, ever spend another penny at this shop. The guy working on my car was a smart ass little twit. I trusted the insurance lady who said they did good work. I no longer have insurance with that company due to the horrible advice I got on this shop from them. They broke my GOOD windshield pulling it out so there was no overspray on the glass. The little twit evidently didn't know what a auto-dim rearview mirror was. He didn't remove the mirror from the windshield before trying to pull the windshield. The replacement windshield is very low quality, no where near the one they broke. Plus the twit put the rearview mirror back on up side down. The sensors for auto dim were pointed at the roof instead of out the back glass. He also put the seatbelts in wrong and tried to cover that up by connecting them as if someone was wearing them. My rear seat is now covered with dirty stains when I left the car it was perfectly clean. He broke the wires for the auto dim and patched with cheap crappy electrical tape that is coming loose. Plus the rearview mirror has already fallen off. When I took the car back to have rearview mounted CORRECTLY all he did was twist it which wrapped the wires around the stem making it impossible to hang my handicap placard.

They were the only tire store within 30 miles that had the size I needed. Price was OK. They were open Saturday. They got to me right away even in the 100 degree heat. They worked quickly. You'd think I'd give them a five star review for all that. But they didn't put my spare back in the compartment. They just tossed it into the trunk on top of everything. And they didn't bother to put the hub cap back on. I expect, when I spend $200 for two off brand tires, that they'd at least try to make it look like professionals did the work. They were friendly, they provided a valuable service to me in a pinch. But they just aren't into details.
