Mario was so helpful when my car broke down in Ogden while my son was driving. I really appreciated his recommendation of a very reliable and honest towing company. He didn't charge me a thing for checking it out. I determined that the repair would be more than the car was worth. He allowed me to leave the car there for another day while I contacted a scrapping company to haul it away. I appreciated how helpful he was I took care of the problem at a distance. It is always scary to have a break down away from home -- so I especially appreciate how well I was treated while taking care of this crisis. I found Aatopia on a google search for auto body shops in Logan. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was rear ended and they walked me through the process of how to work with insurance and gave me really good advice on how to work with the guy who rear ended me. It ended up that the rear-ended worked with Aatopia directly and I didn’t have to be an intermediary which was ideal. I also had some auto body work (dented tail gate, cracked brake light). I got quotes from a few other places for those issues and Aatopia had competitive pricing. They took the time to clearly show me what they were going to do. We looked at other dents and they quoted me a price, but told me that they if it was their car they probably wouldn’t make those expensive and unnecessary repairs. They also found a crack in my windshield and worked with my insurance so that I only had to pay $50 to replace it! THE BEST PART: I live in Logan but was going out of town so I dropped my car off at the Ogden location and they drove me to the front runner station! Then while I was gone they shuttled it back to Logan for me (for free)! When I got back to Logan they picked me up. I am thrilled with this level of customer care. I will be back!! They are a bunch or rip offs sell cars with lots of problems.

I would not waste my time with Campbell brothers Mt. Ogden Motors, they give USED CAR SALESMEN a BAD NAME! My son, starting out on his own, stationed at Hill AIR FORCE BASE, bought a truck from the Campbell brothers. They "showed" that the truck passed inspection. A 1/2 hour after he bought it, he filled the gas tank and it leaked all over the ground. The next day he took it into inspection and it requires 1500.00 to get it to pass inspection and 3200.00 to get it road ready. They won't give my son the inspection report that they had done TWO DAYS before he bought it. The inspection site shows the truck passing inspection when THEY brought it in, but failing when my son brought it in FIVE days later. How could that be? What is the connection between this dealership (dealers being key word) and the person who "passed" the truck. How many more have been ripped off from these guys. When I talk to them about getting the report, he just yells on the phone. People need to come forward and report.
