I recently went to Accuracy Auto to look at a Honda Pilot they had for sale, in the office while waiting for the salesman, I asked a customer who was there waiting if she had good experiences here and she enthusiastically said that she brought all her work to them and felt well taken care of. I decided to buy the Pilot and literally the next day, after signing all the "as is" paperwork, it's check engine light came on and the starter started acting up. Naturally, I called them, hoping they would help but half expecting them to throw some kind of band-aid on the problems to put me off. But they took good care of me thoroughly fixing the intake problem which was causing it to throw a code, they also replaced the starter with a used one. While I would have loved to have gotten a new starter, getting it replaced with one that worked felt fair. My general impression was that they genuinely want to do the right thing, I think they know what they're doing, take pride in their quality of work and overall integrity. I would comfortably buy another car from them and if I lived closer I'd use them for their repair and maintenance services.

I took my 1988 Ford bronco in to have an alignment done and some front end repair done The only reason I took my bronco there was because another shop quoted me $1000 for the repair and alignment. A friend suggested I go and get a second opinion. Apparently the first shop only wanted to replace everything, including stuff that wasn’t necessary. After BT looked at my bronco they showed me what really needed to be fixed. When I asked about the stuff The other shop wanted to fix the staff at Bt showed me why it wasn’t realy needed. In the end I saved about $400 and my bronco drives straight as an arrow with no more issues.

This guy is a joke he completely screwed my truck up cut my alarm system up and out of my truck messed my brake lights up now I can't even drive it I had to trailer it home from Clinton to Tooele he told me when I asked after he had my truck for 2 months to com tow it and get it out of my life the only thing he did in two months was screw my truck up and put a starter and battery in it what a joke not only that he charged 2600 for a jaguar you can't even use what he supposedly fixed. You guys were amazing. The starter died on my 2001 Arero. I also had known that my manifold gasket had a leak and that is why coolant had been leaking for awhile, but I never had the time or money to take it in. The Saturday I brought the Alero in to fix the starter, Troy pointed out the gasket leak and had a quote for me before I even asked.
