Auto repair service near Brambleton, VA

My father purchased a car from them recently. It was a good deal and they advised him to come immediately because they wouldn't be able to hold it much longer. He leaves work right away and purchases the car. He immediately goes to the gas station up the road and after he's done filling up, the car won't start. Luckily, his friend was with him and was able to jumpstart him. He managed to get the car home that evening and to work the next day. On his way home from work that evening, the car starts making noises and dies. He managed to get it into a parking lot. So he gets the car towed to a shop (and friend of the family) and told him that it needs a new transmission. My father called them and let them know what happened. They were not willing to negotiate at all. No exchange or reimbursement. My father even offered to pay for the labor if they purchased the parts but they refused. We are filing complaints with the BBB and will be taking legal action. Don't do business with these people.

This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

Route 15 Classic Garage I have been an avid BMW owner over the years and am quite picky about how I get my car serviced. I have an aging BMW X5 and as most BMW owners well know, it’s not inexpensive to maintain these cars. When I visited the new Route 15 Classic Garage to get my safety inspection, I learned that they also offer mechanical services as well. They brought in some high quality experienced mechanics that have worked on both foreign and domestic cars. I also learned that they have all the equipment necessary to repair these vehicles just like the Dealers, so I thought I would give these guys a try at repairing my back brakes. The owner, Ed (very personable) told me he could get the brakes completed at a rate under $100 per hour, saving me roughly $20-$30 per hour vs the competition. He also offered flexibility with the equipment - using the same materials that BMW uses or as other options, similar suggested equipment, or equipment that I desired. I really liked the flexibility. I can honestly say, my brake repair job was done to my satisfaction, completed on time, and at a rate that was very reasonable. I was impressed with the staff of new employees here and their ability to do foreign car repairs. I had a great experience at this new repair facility and will definitely go back there again.

This place is the worse place ever. Not only do they not fix what they say but the white guy in the office is so rude. They work together with auto expo dealer to "fix" the cars that auto expo sells. But they just do temp fix. After you sign for the car the car seems to not work. They are assholes

Horrible!!!! Lied and atempted to steal my money. Tried to sell me a car for more than the asking price. We also agreeed to put down $4000 for a down payment when we tried to make the sale final, the computer screen showed something totally different than what we discussed. The sales man put down the selling price as $1000 more than he told us and he also put in that we only were giving a $3000 down payment so that he could pocket the extra $1000. Also I have excellent credit and he gave me a rate of 24.9%. They are liers an stealers and I don't recommend anyone go there. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything from them and I never will. I went to a different dealership and got 2.9% rate.

I hate dishonest people. Don't know anything about this guy's business, but he bought a used Mitsubishi HID ballast (for Honda/Mazda) from me on eBay and the merchandise was sent to him immediately as described and sold AS-IS. He then claimed to eBay that it the merchandise did not match the description and filed a dispute. Anybody who would lie to eBay to pull a scam like this is someone I would not want to do business with. I don't care about the $115 he is trying to screw me out of. Slamming him all over the internet will be well worth it.
