Very disrespectful owner who is a "Know it All" type of guy. Would let me talk and hear what I'm saying but did not listen to anything at all. I was explaining my situation. told the man I have went to different shops, got estimates and told him what all four shops said and from my experience on cars this is the issue. He says "I'm not going to give no stupid estimate on anything over the phone. I said sir, just a rough estimate. He of course acted stubborn so I'm trying to give him money so I tried again this time saying, well, how about just putting a new engine in my car. He still said He's not giving a estimate in a disrespectful manner. I politely took my business away from him. His workers are very respectable but THE OWNER IS A Complete DOUCHE

All 4 of my wheels were damaged in the same way while getting tires mounted at Midas in Warrenton, VA. There are now scratches on the outer surface of each wheel. Mike, the owner, said that there was no way that they could have done the damage and offered to have it corrected by a third party at a cost of $360 to me. As other customers have experienced in other reviews, Mike was arrogant and rude - to the point of arguing with another customer on the phone while I waited to pick up my now damaged vehicle. I won't be going back for my own reasons but also because Mike told me that he would not service my vehicles in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this garage! Jasbir and his team of technicians are wonderful. As the reviewer Brian F. notes, they are very fast in turning around repairs, and Jasbir goes the extra mile to find you the best price for quality parts. The mechanics have been terrific in diagnosing (and triaging!) fixing problems with my aging car, and they have no problem telling me if an issue is something that needs to be done now, or can wait for my shallow pockets to save up for the work to be done. This an atmosphere where customers are appreciated and treated in a friendly and professional way. They have never tried to "upsell" me on any services, and, as a woman, it feels great to be respected as a garage customer. I will take my car nowhere else. PLEASE NOTE: there are two Exxons across the street from each other at this intersection of Rockville Pike and NIcholson Lane.
