Went to Miller's on a friend's recommendation and was glad I did. Detailing was excellent, including steam cleaning the engine, which looks like new. Floor mats were wet, which they told me, so I laid them out at home to dry...no problem. I have taken 2 cars there recently for major work, motor mounts, tie rods, brakes, etc., and both were repaired quickly and at very reasonable prices. In each case I had gotten other quotes, and Miller's was 40% less. Keep up the good work Randy!

My husband took our Mercedes in because the headlights were going out while driving at night. We took it in for repair. We were told that the diagnostics said the alternator needed to be replaced. After paying a bill for 495.00, the car was still doing the same thing the next day. We took our car back to get the problem corrected. In the mean time, my husband called a local Mercedes repair shop to inquire about the headlights and they told him that most likely a module needed to be replaced. (No mention of the alternator at all). Low and behold, when we called Buddy South back, Scott, the manager told me that they THOUGHT the problem was the alternator but now they THINK it is a switch and we needed to fork over another $520 dollars. When I asked why both problems did not show up when they did the diagnostics, he said they only checked for problems with the alternator. (But the diagnostics should have been to detect the problems no matter what was causing the problem).I asked Scott if they checked to make sure that the problem was fixed after they replaced the alternator and he said he could not duplicate the problem. However, they were able to duplicate the problem the second time around. All they had to do was let the car run with the headlights on for 10 minutes and "voila". I don't think they tried the first time around, because they ASSUMED the alternator was the problem. Basically, if you have a foreign car, don't let BUDDY SOUTH guess at your car problems....It will cost you dearly. I was forced to give them one star but I would never recommend this shop to any one.....unless I really wanted to see them spend unnecessary money. I wouldn't wish that on any one.

My son took his car to them he had a heater core issue. They agreed to replace to core and fix the leak. They next day we had a major antifreeze leak inside the car and underneath the hood. Had to take the car to another shop. Midlothian Village Shell never replaced the core. I called and they said the would not stand by there work ! Very dishonest

Stopped in without appointment and ask if they could check my brakes. They stopped what they were doing to check. I needed front brakes. I was going out of town the next day. They worked me in that day. Outstanding service at a great price. I will be taking my car back from now on.

Please, please, do not get caught up or get involved with this dealership and con artists! There vehicles may look great on the outside cosmetically, however mechanically their cars are not up to par. I initially bought a high end car, 2006, Chevrolet Corvette, a few weeks later, I bought a 2001 Honda Civic as a commuter car. A week after buying the corvette, the car started shimmering. I took it in for a check up at NTB for a wheel alignment, to my amazement, the manager took me to the back. He advised me there was no way this car was properly inspected for safety. Both front tires in the interior walls were on their wires, just a matter of when. The front brake rotors were warped and pads down to the metal. Also discovered was the front shock, passenger side was leaking fluid. So, things not visible to the consumer, however visible to a safety inspector. They also go by Select Auto sales, lots in Fredericksburg, Dumfries and Manassas. All of the above mentioned names, except Mr Williams are related as cousins. So, I mentioned and brought to the attention my car and new found issues. Initially, they tell you, well you bought as is, no warranty. Which is not true, there is a 30 day warranty they say no questions asked, hmmm. They asked me to eat quotes which I did, totaling brakes $770.00 shocks $ 1,100.00 tires, 980.00 and damper $800.00 total $3,650.00 right out the gate and within weeks. So they come back and offer me $300.00 check, are you serious? I went to the cheapest places to help offset costs versus dealership too. So, here I am stuck with a high end car with serious safety issues that should of been taken care of prior to selling. Here is the kicker, i find out that they take their cars to a local inspection station and they look the other way to get their cars passed, sort of under the table. I'm going to report them next! 9/1/2014 hired this company to install a clutch. Took 7 days to install,,,,7,, who had ever heard of that.. Upon picking up car they had forgot to install vaccum lines. Unreal. After that noise was heard from clutch and they tryed to pass it off as clutch noise. after 6 months of trying repeatedly to get them to fix the problem I took it else where,,,and by documentaion of photos will show they bearing was bad and fluids were burnt up. All they had to do was fix it like I asked but no,, they would rather make excuses as to why they know nothing about car repairs.. The second company that installed the clutch took less then 5 hours, verses 7 days for Rosner Ford. To this day they fail to satisfy the customer. Well at least until they show up for court. Staff has no clue how to install a clutch. Management has no clue how to control staff Management has no clue what customer service is Upper management cant make good customer choices Chose another shop to make your car repairs, or you will be sorry.. Trust me I'm very sorry I ever went to these guys and through publication, advertising, signage on cars , mailings, I will get it out about Rosner Auto Group.
