Auto repair service near Fairfax Station, VA

Had a time set up through insurance company & rental company. I was refused for service after already being in touch w/ Quality Autobody previously. On day of scheduled work to be assessed I was refused service. Don’t waste your time, effort, energy & money with this company. Better off with another autobody shop. Don’t waste your time!

Precision Import Service has been doing business in Fairfax, VA. For 37 years. We are a full-service automotive repair shop and we work on all makes and models, import and domestic cars, SUV, and light trucks. The work that we can perform in our shop includes complete manufacturer recommended maintenance services, air conditioning; check engine light and emissions repairs, brakes, clutch, transmission, cooling systems, exhaust systems, and all other general repairs. Hall's is my first stop when I have issues with my wife's mid-size SUV or my full-size truck. They've always been up-front and honest with me. If they can do the work, they will quote me a price and let me know if they find anything else and wait for my approval. If they cannot do the work, they let me know and have not charged for the time they took reviewing the car's issue. It would be nice to have a Jiffy Lube type oil change service, but the quality of work is worth dropping the car off and picking it up when it's ready. (I know, how can you screw-up an oil change --- one shop left a wrench connected to my wife's car that Hall's mechanics found. Others have left a pool of oil that started to smoke, which Hall's mechanics helped clean-up. [Unfortunately, neither of those were things that I did as a clueless dolt, but were for oil changes that I paid for at national chains....].)
