I took my Toyota Tundra to okay tire for an inspection they failed my Toyota Tundra because it needed upper ball joints so I had Scott and his crew perform the repair they replaced both upper ball joints when I got home I noticed my passenger side upper ball joint had a wire through the hole where a cotter pin should have been they were not able to get the nut tight enough to get the cotter pin through on April 3rd the nut came all of the way off of the top of the ball joint and came completely disconnected from the vehicle I had to be towed home the previous day I was driving Interstate speeds I or someone else could have been killed I confronted Scott with this he denied everything and laughed please do not get OK Tire to do any front-end work for you they are not reliable and perform unsafe repairs
