After moving my 1990 Corvette up from Florida, I was looking for a shop to take care of it. I was charged over $1000 labor for what seemed to me about 3 hours work. I asked my FL mechanic (who has performed all work since I bought the car) to review the invoice. My suspicions were confirmed when he said Walter is a clown and a ripoff artist. Needless to say, my efforts to get a sensible invoice or justification of a 100% inflated invoice have been met with stonewalling and now silence. This shop is anything but professional. Move on if you value the contents of your wallet.

I have now had my BMW Series 3 for a month - which I purchased from B & M Motors. I took my car in to B & M to have some added things done after the sale. They did a fantastic job and provided GREAT after-sale support!! This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

My father purchased a car from them recently. It was a good deal and they advised him to come immediately because they wouldn't be able to hold it much longer. He leaves work right away and purchases the car. He immediately goes to the gas station up the road and after he's done filling up, the car won't start. Luckily, his friend was with him and was able to jumpstart him. He managed to get the car home that evening and to work the next day. On his way home from work that evening, the car starts making noises and dies. He managed to get it into a parking lot. So he gets the car towed to a shop (and friend of the family) and told him that it needs a new transmission. My father called them and let them know what happened. They were not willing to negotiate at all. No exchange or reimbursement. My father even offered to pay for the labor if they purchased the parts but they refused. We are filing complaints with the BBB and will be taking legal action. Don't do business with these people.

I scheduled my MB E430 here after about a 2 yr absence and learned it was under new ownership. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the service was very, very attentive. I waited for my car and was asked if I wanted any beverage, later asked if the room temperature was comfortable and when it came to what needed to be done on my car, I was brought into the service bay and shown everything that needed to be repaired, as well as what needed to be done for my safety. I was very grateful for the fine service and thought the costs were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend GAD.
