Never use this garage. Horrible experience. They couldn’t find the issue for the first three visits, just kept naming different problems. Then finally decided to change the engine. It took them a week longer, and more expensive then initially quoted. Never kept us in the loop. Pat was super rude at the end, yelled. We are not even sure he did all the work he told us he did. No proof, no receipts. I’m not going to use this place ever again, neither my family.

Arthur"s Auto is the best !! Roy is a consumate professional who takes great pride in his work and is very good at it HI drove an hour and a half on a Saturday to insure the radiator he restored fit and worked properly. I have been in this restoration of vintage auto's for years and Roy is one of the best. I am happy to drove almost 2 hours to have Roy work on my truck, he is worth it.

Hands down the most accommodating service shop I've ever been to. I was out of town and busted an oil pan. These guys towed me (at a special rate), ordered the part, and said they'd 'do their best' to fit me into their schedule so that I only had to rent a car for a week. Six days later, they called saying the car was ready to go (sticking to their quote which was more than fair). Friendly, patient and professional.....I couldn't have asked for better service during a very stressful incident. In this day and age, customer service of this caliber is a rarity....amazing.

My daughter bought an used car from Victory last month, she only just made her first payment on the vehicle they had the nerve to sell to a 20 year old naive girl! The engine blew up on her, I spoke to the mechanic where the car was towed to, he explained to me that it needs a new engine, water pump, caliper leaking, he drained the oil and it was filled with metal shavings from the engine! Besides the passenger window not being able to go up and down, but that was not included in the estimate. My daughter was so distraught and crying, so I called Victory and spoke with Brian, the proud owner, I asked what he would do on my daughter's behalf? NOTHING! Pretty much, tough luck, them the breaks and no I will not take back the piece of crap I sold her! Brian did say he thought the mechanic's estimate of over $6000 for repairs was a "ripoff" since he could go to a junkyard and get an engine for 500 bucks. Apparently that is what he did to make this heap of junk road wordy, it did have a savage title. Brian also lied to my daughter saying he drove the vehicle up from Ct, but upon my investigation online I saw he bought it at an auction. Brian and his used cars are a danger, he will sell you unsafe cars for a buck, he doesn't car if your child is behind the wheel. I warn you, you deal with him you lose your money and maybe even your life with the unsafe vehicles he sells! and there is no zero star rating, he is subhuman with a sub-rating! pass this creep by!
