We worked with Jim in the past for some repairs on our grandam, he was great to work with but that was many years ago. Over the years we always recommended Jim for repairs to other people. Well no more! We called and talked to some rude women about putting a new steering box in our 1968 camaro, she said she would check and call back. When she called back for more information and then she talked to a rude guy in the shop and he appeared to know nothing about the car. The lady said she would have to look to see what the rate would be and would call back. Well that was a few weeks ago. Nothing! Very poor customer service!

Very impressed! Fast, friendly & efficient service. He came to my location and did a great job. Even vacuumed out the car when he was done. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced. Worked flawlessly with my insurance insurance company.

We broke down six miles before entering Canada. Nearly had to purchase new vehicle. Chris Bonesteele searched and found us a replacement from another dealer at a very reasonable price, even though we were uncertain that the excellent service department (Brad and Mike) were able to determine they could reasonably repair the vehicle we were towed in with. The price was extremely competitive and Chris knew that we were over a barrel if we needed to purchase. Bottom line is even though we luckly did not have to purchase a new vehicle, Chris helped during our nearly one week stay in Bellingham. He was honest in his dealings, with no expectation that he would conclude a sale and a commission. I trust him such that even though I live out of state I will definitely call him and compare his deal with my local dealer and will drive to Diehl Ford to deal with Chris.

Horrible experience here, never will go back! Tried to make me sell them the car I brought in multiple times after telling them I’m not selling. Place has really gone down hill. Years ago this was the go to place for everything. Now it’s just a let me rip you off place

Owner is a very nice man and takes lots of time to answer your questions and to offer advice BUT (and it's a big BUT) my bike was returned with a couple deep scratches in the plastic body panels, a tear in the seat, they lost my helmet hook and the kickstand was so loose if vibrated off. When I called about the kickstand they claimed not to know what might have happened because "it was on the kickstand the whole time they'd had it." They had the bike in a million pieces working on it. I know because I was there several times while the parts were on order to photograph the issue so I could inform the manufacturer of the defect. Granted he "fixed" the kickstand when I rode it into the shop but now the spring is overstretched and it won't stay up or go up on it's own. They also said they would "look around for the hook". It's not even a part I can order as a replacement :( I bought my scooter brand new. I have kept it inside, carefully wiped it down if I rode in the rain before I put it away and washed it every few days. I loved my bike. Very disappointing.

I bought a vw beetle here in May 2014. First off the place is dirty and dilapidated. The cars were filthy. Why did I buy here? I was pressured to find something quickly as I was without a car. So I get the car home, a few days later I start smelling fumes and the check engine light comes on, Literally like 3 days after purchase. We take it back to the dealership after calling the owner, he said he would try to fix it. We drove 2 cars 1 hr each way to drop it off and pick it up. When we came to pick it up, we were told nothing was found, and to let him know if the check engine light came back on. The next day, check engine light is on again. We decided to take it to a mechanic close by, 200.00 later, it was fixed. We were also given a list of things that would need to be addressed soon.....transmission fluid, gasket replacement (leaking oil)....and then 2 days after this, the blinkers stop working and it starts stalling. Back to the shop, 150.00 later these are fixed. As of now, we are out 350.00, with at least 200.00 more for the gasket. I asked the owner for compensation of 200.00 ( the original fee for the mechanic to fix something he could not find)...." no can do" , he says. Really?!....I've had this car one month and it has been in the shop 2 times. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!
