I am a single mama with three daughters so money is tight, and I depend on my car greatly! This is the second time I have used Lloyd's Automotive and again I walked away completely impressed. Both times they made me feel like a priority in that they got my car fixed and on the road quickly. The employees also made sure I understood what the problem was and answered all of my questions. Their prices were more then fair (I called around) and they were extremely professional and friendly. I will be recommending them to everyone!!

The shop did excelent work in replaceing the top on my t-birds. This is the second top they have replaced on my cars. I shipped the second t-bird up from Pennsilavana for the shop to replace the top which was messed up on installation in Pa. The owner takes a lot of pride in making sure their work is done correctly

Don't expect a warranty if you buy an engine from these guys. Once you get the engine and they have your money, you better love it because it is yours and they will not stand behind it. I bought a Reman 400 big cam Cummins from Younker Brothers on March 27, 2014. We received the engine in late April and got it installed and running by early June. The engine looked very pretty on the outside with all new paint, but has made a terrible noise coming from the engine like it has a bearing going down in it. Talked to them several times on this issue, their only answer is it didn't make the noise when it left their place so it had to be something we did to the engine. I have taken this engine to several local shops, and even to Cummins and spent thousands of dollars trying to figure out the problem. No-one can figure it out. I asked them to pick a place local and I would take it to them so they can tear it down, they just laughed on the phone and said if I wanted to pull the engine out and send it back to them, they would check it out. Keep in mind they are in Washington state and I am in Ky. Offered to send them videos of the truck running so they can hear the noise, would not even talk to me about it. All in all, I bought another reman engine, not from them of course, paid to have the engine swapped and this one runs perfect. I now have a 13,000.00 boat anchor plus the thousands I spent at other shops trying to figure this thing out.

Problem with Service not sealing the brake line properly had to continue to add brake fluid constantly when we got home.
