The ALPINE AUTOMOTIVE Family/Staff: 1. repaired multiple dashboard malfunctions (during the first visit!); 2. repaired a BIG gas leak under the hood (!!!) (during the same first visit!); 3. and thoroughly diagnosed myriad issues (the same first visit!), while providing expert care and concern, along with a calming, kind, and professional determination to make my wife's 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo function properly (when several other repair shops most certainly did NOT provide these things!... even, in one especially egregious case, after a first, second, and a THIRD non-productive, but financially ruinous series of back-to-back-to-back visits [to another repair shop] almost wiped us out!!! Sadly, that Jeep was NEVER REPAIRED!!!) My wife and I were at our wits' end, facing a still-broken vehicle and a possible $000.00 balance in our depleted bank account!!! 4. In Conclusion: ALPINE fixed our Jeep (during the FIRST visit), and brought my wife and me peace of mind, while kindly saving us from financial ruin!!! ***This is the first time I've ever been given a repair and diagnostic estimate which was actually higher than the eventual final bill!!!*** Covid-19 helped take us down to the bone, money-wise, and, after all was said and done, ALPINE (in ONE VISIT!) gave us back a Jeep we have been able to rely on, and we STILL had just enough money left to live on! My wife and I will forever be grateful, and ALPINE will have our future business!!! (And, thanks to the incredibly detailed diagnostic report, we know there are issues which will require attention in the future... which we can PLAN FOR!) SO: ALPINE AUTOMOTIVE HAS OUR TRUST, OUR GRATITUDE, AND OUR FUTURE BUSINESS!!! LOOKING FOR HONEST, EXCELLENT REPAIRS? Do yourself a favor: Go LOCAL, and check out ALPINE AUTOMOTIVE!!! Valley Ford Nissan

2010 Nisan Versa. Latch quite working. Shop suggested a new latch assembly. $300 later. Latch still does not work. No one seemed to have anything to suggest except that it is probably the add-on security system that was causing the problem. I was stunned that this was their only suggestion as this problem is not unique to me. One only has to go on the internet to see that it is certainly is not uncommon problem with Nissan hatchbacks. The security system was put in two years ago and the hatch problem started less than 3 months ago. I'm guessing that the local shop has no clue what they are doing when it comes to this electronic and computer problem. I did stop at the place that put the after-purchase equipment on the car and talk to them but I don't, for a minute believe that their product is the problem. Do you think that I will return to this shop in the near future?

Kim Eccleston Motors

3612 Main St, Union Gap

My friend traded in his Honda for a pickup that Kim said was a great-running vehicle. It conked out on the freeway 2 days later and my friend called Kim and said he didn't want the Lemon Pickup. Kim came and picked it up 2 weeks later (it still didn't run) and that was OVER a year ago, with no word about giving back the Honda or anything - my friend is just out his car and everything. Now, over a year later and one week before Christmas, a collection agency contacted my friend saying that Kim said it was a "repossession" and is charging him fees, etc. to the tune of over $2200.00. Don't let Kim sell you a lemon, not return your car, and charge you thousands for leaving you without a vehicle.
