Personnel courteous, and knowledgeable. I was given an appointment that was reasonable and for one of the jobs had the use of a loner. I appreciate the fact that when there is an oil change, the entire car is checked as I am not mechanically knowledgeable about cars. When advised about work that needs to be done, I feel they are being honest about what needs to be repaired/replaced.

I bought a used Tahoe from M-R Auto Sales in Green Bay. Not even 1500 miles into the "oil Change" my vehicle now needs a new engine. I don't know if they changed the oil to hide the problem so i wouldn't see that the engine was shot or if it just happened that way. Either way, I called, 6 weeks after I bought the vehicle, willing to bring it in to whoever they would like to look at it themselves, and they will do NOTHING to help fix the problem. Actually, they don't even call you back to let you know they arn't going to help. I understand buying a used vehicle is always ifffy- but c'mon, I should have gotten more then 1500 miles out of it! They say the law says they don't have to do anything so they won't. Lot is probably FULL OF LEMONS!!!!!! BEWARE!

Would not recommend taking your vehicle here to be repaired. They are highly overpriced ! My muffler needed 2 broken off bolts removed, and a gasket and 2 new bolts replced....simple right ? They had the job done in less than an hour, and I was charged with a $105.00 bill. I will NEVER go there again !
