I bought my first Mazda from Tim on 9/2/2016. Ruth and I believe Ryan helped along the way and everyone provided great customer service. They went above and beyond to help me find and afford my 2015 Mazda CX-5. There was a minor issue I noticed with the appearance of the vehicle but they took care of it right away. This is by far the best vehicle I have owned so far and the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Do not buy here!!! These people are crooks. I purchased a brand new car from this facility. During the delivery process (after being detailed by their best guy) I noticed little specs of what I thought was touch up paint on the car. I brought this to the dealers attention and they ensured me it was sap and debris from the lot and that they could and would remove it. The GM at this dealer said they never touch up a new car. They gave me a we owe that I could use over the next 30 days to remove the sap. After seeing what their best guy could do I decided to take this to a professional. The professional told me that this debris couldn't be removed and that I should take it back to the dealer. I went to a closer Toyota dealer and spoke to a service guy who has been in the paint business for over 20 years. He pointed out that there was dirt underneath the paint and also noticed body filler. He immediately pulled up a report that indicated that the dealer had taken this to a body shop and had lots of paint and body work done to it. This original dealer knew all about this and sold me the repaired car as if it were a brand new car. This was not a brand new car anymore and this work was supposed to be disclosed to me which it was not. This is car fraud and needless to say I am involved with Lawyers and have sued this dealer. I have had estimates done from reputable body shops to repair this brand new car and it is just under 5000.00 in repairs needed to repaint several panels on this car. I bought this car in August of 2012 an am currently waiting for the dealer to reply after being served by the lawyer. These people are crooks and I hope that this word gets out so others do not get ripped off. This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business. This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

Would not recommend taking your vehicle here to be repaired. They are highly overpriced ! My muffler needed 2 broken off bolts removed, and a gasket and 2 new bolts replced....simple right ? They had the job done in less than an hour, and I was charged with a $105.00 bill. I will NEVER go there again !

Amazing costumer service! Wanted a new car got it fast it was clean filled my gas tank for me, changed my oil, gave me new tires .. They really take their time to inspect their vehicles..my drivers side mirror was loose probably from someone bumping into it and they ordered me a new one for free instead of waiting for me to notice it was loose myself ... HONEST, RELIABLE people ! Love them ! Will be purchasing every vehicle from them in my future !

My first shop visit was 09/24/11 because my civic's engine light was on. I was told it was time for a major scheduled inspection so I had that done the same day. I mentioned a rather loud rattling noise, when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear (easier to hear if going up a hill) and a scraping noise when applying the brakes. Front brakes were replaced, major tuneup was done, and was told the oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. I choose to wait on the sensor since the visit was already costing me $600.00. It was never explained to me that not having the oxygen sensor replaced might affect performance, (I am clueless when it comes to cars) so I just thought it was emissions testing related, and since there is no emissions testing here, I wasn't too concerned. Car running horribly and still hearing noises so brought car back in the next day and was told I probably needed an Idler Pulley to stop the rattling noise, and the O2 sensor is probably affecting power and performance. Ordered the 2 parts, brought it back the next day. So 3 days of bringing my car in, and $1000 later, it's running a little better; not wanting to stall as much, but it's still running rough, the obvious rattle is still there, and the scraping noise from the brakes is still there. An hour ago the muffler broke off from the main exhaust pipe,so I need that repaired. I hesitantly decided to call Honda and mention I'm STILL having problems and now need the muffler replaced. The receptionist, "L", answered the phone. I asked for Honda service. She asked if I needed an appointment. I told her I had a service complaint. As she responded, my dog barked and I didn't hear what she said, so I said, "I'm sorry?" So she repeated herself very condescendingly - "Would ---- you --- like ----to ---speak --- to -- a --- manager?" I said, "Yes, please". She put me on hold. I decided to hang up and write a review instead.

Do not go there! Jake, the owner, was extremely rude to me. on 2-8-12 I was overcharged by $2, however the clerk had no idea how to fix this. The clerk, Judi, said she would leave a print out of the receipt and let Jake know o I could get my money back. I went back on 2-10-12 and Jake knew nothing about it. Jake then was extremely rude to me, rolled his eyes, told me he had no clue what I was talking about, and took $2 from his wallet. The way he treated me, a frequent customer, was uncalled for and I will not be going there again.

With how much I drive for work, it is great to have a trustworthy, reliable, and inexpensive mechanic for my van. I highly recommend Richmond Street Automotive to anyone needing great service at a fair price for their cars. Just had my cars A/C recharged, synthetic oil changed (6.5 liters), tires rotated, and diagnostics run on my car for $160. Can't beat that price!! Check them out, you will NOT be disappointed!
