STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Had my brakes done in May 2014, in October 2014 I was at Tires Plus getting new tires when the mechanic there discovered ALL FIVE of my right rear tire studs were stretched out, and when they went to put the lug nuts back on, one of the studs BROKE OFF! Apparently when Midas put my rear tire back on after the brake job in May, the lug nuts were over-torqued. During the next 5 months that the damage was done, THANK GOD that the studs didn't break off while driving!!! It costs me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to get the hub assembly replaced, along with 5 new lug nuts, BEFORE the car was even drivable again. I called and spoke to the Cudahy Midas manager, they refused to take responsibility, so I contacted Midas Corp and filed a claim....of course that was just as useless, they "tried" to intervene, yet in the end they couldn't do anything...surprise! Some BS about it being past 90 days, um I wasn't claiming the brakes were faulty, just the labor who damaged my vehicle! AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Steve and crew for repairing your Audi (and other makes). After a long search for repairing my car, Steve was very helpful over the phone without even seeing the car. He gave me an honest opinion and range or repair cost - again, without seeing the car. I brought it in and he repaired it and a couple other things he found that were related. When I came to pick the car up, he noticed another issue when pulling it up for me. He brought it right back in the garage and let me borrow his car while they made this additional repair. I was not charged for this, as Steve took responsibility for it. Honesty and fair pricing is difficult to find, especially with cars that are expensive to fix, and I'm thrilled I've landed at a place I can trust and use moving forward. I just want to put out here, Micheal William, had my car and I know he stole my children Soical Security cards and birth certificates that here inside of a gray bag located in the back of my trunk. My Escalade had failed the state emmission test . I had taken it to 2 local facilities and they told me I needed to replace all 4 of my air sensors . I took it to Red's and they found I had a bad wire at the connector for the brain box . They repaired it for 300.00 when everyone else quoted me 600.00 . The vehicle passed with flying colors . Awesome work and very knowledgeable staff . I have recommended all my friends to go there and no one has been disappointed .
