My windshield was destroyed when some kids tossed an object out their car window on the Hwy south of New Richmond WI. It was late on a Friday and I was on my way to Fargo to see family. The representative from Right Way Auto Glass helped me navigate the insurance company and installed a window that night. It was an hour drive for the individual and several hours in the dark replacing my glass and I couldn’t ask for a nicer guy or a better job. I have been bringing my vehicle there for years to get tires. Never had a problem. Recently when I bought 4 tires and wanted them installed, I was told that there was an issue in removing the rear two and replacing them. There was no problem with the front 2. I was told that the rear two were torqued too tight, and that was the reason why they couldn't be removed. All 4 tires were torqued to the same tightness. So my question is, how could the front 2 be removed, but not the rear? I took it somewhere else, and they had no problem with removing the rear tires. Obviously, the person who was working on it had no idea what they were doing. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any type of service. You should look closely at the people you have in your service department, and see what the problem is.

20 minute job quoted, took over 1 hour. And on top of it, they not only did a poor job by not completely fill the chip. They also put a 1" scratch in my windshield when removing their equipment after the repair. No apology, nothing. It was bad enought getting a chip in the windshield of my brand-new car, it was made worse by Indianhead Glass in Hudson. Extremely unprofessional. The tech working on my car was dirty and greasy, acted like I was bothering him by bringing my car in to a prearranged appointment, and left his handprints all over my new car interior. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.
