I had new winter tires and a oil change done at Pifer's recently. Their employees are very professional at a affordable price. I will be making Pifer's my shop of choice from now on

They ruined a new Toyota with 1,000 miles on large chunks of dirt in the paint and runs on the door. We had to take it to another body shop to have thier horrible work fixed.

I called Hometown honda to ask about purchasing a motorcycle and spoke to mike. He said I could go on hold or he would call me back. I said that's fine - give me a call. I said I would come in but I am in Newark, and working. I waited 3 hours and called back. I spoke with Mike again and he said "oh we're so busy let me get back with you on that." Well I waited another four hours and guess what, no call from Mike. So I call again and ask for the sdales manager, he is not there so I end up with Mike again util he gives me to another salesman. This gentleman was very kind and found out what I needed to know. I wish I could remember his name. Anyway Mike put a new perspective on customer service - he's too busy!! It would take a lot for me to ever to do business with people like Mike.

BEWARE, horrible customer service! If you have good credit this place does NOT want to sale you a vehicle. Their used vehicles are HORRID. Their show room is TERRIBLE. Their service department is 100% AWFUL. JR is VERY RUDE!! After the way he acted in front of me yesterday he should be FIRED!!!!!!! They only have one tech that knows what he is doing. Devon seemed very preoccupied and did not provide me with sufficient answers once he introduced himself. Nikki is EXTREMELY RUDE she acts like she is better than you ever will be. I will NEVER EVER do business here EVER!! I had cash you FOOLS!! If you do decide to go here do so at your own risk. Others have told me about their bad experiences as well. Their vehicle return rate is off the charts. Nothing gets fixed at Spencer Auto Group. Going to Mid-State Chevrolet!!
