I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago from Garzony's and was pleased initially. Recently the brake on the car were making a lot of noise so I took it a friend of the families. He informed me that the brakes and rotors were completely shot and would no way pass an inspection. He also told me there is no way that this could have taken place in the matter of a couple months that I possessed the vehicle. I am appalled that a business would put a customer at risk and compromise ethical standards.

My dad and I bought a used car for my daughter to go to school in the summer of 2012.(Aug 2012) We were treated very nice and even got a discount because we were short of money when everything (taxes)where added on, so Ron came down on the price of the car so it was possible for us to buy the car. We have had it for a year and the only thing we had to do was to replace an A/C belt. This tell me Ron sell a very nice used car and back it up with a 30 day Guarantee. Just moved up in Cranberry in December and and the time came to get my Jeep an inspection. Not knowing any Auto Repair shops around and wanting to avoid commercial Auto Shops like Pep Boys who will rip you off to gain more money. I got to say everyone at Milberts were great! They got the job done quickly and were honest on any repairs needed. Also gave me a time cap on some repairs that will need service in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their cars for repair or inspections. Everyone was patient and very easy to talk to. An honest mechanic that does not try to sell you more service is a great mechanic to come back to in which I will everytime!

I purchased my truck from Loudon Motors of Minerva in September of 2015. Was treated very good as a client. I brought my truck in for its first service, with 4200 miles on it, on December 23. I recvd a call in the afternoon stating my truck was wrecked! I couldn't believe it. I even asked them if they had the correct vehicle owner. As it turns out, of one the service reps took it out for a test drive to see if he could identify a noise, and lost control, sheering a telephone pole completely along w a mail box, sent the truck airborne, then took 120' to come to a stop. All at 40mph!?!?? When I initially met w the GM, I was confident that Loudon would do the "right thing" and make it right. I called the GM the Saturday afterwards, and conveyed to him I did not want the truck back due to the lie and the abuse the service rep put my truck through. He said he would work w me once the insurance est came back. I put $10k down & made 3 pyts. In order for me to get into an exact match, I would have to invest $7k more. They want it repaired, and then would offer me $1k for my inconveniences, & 6-8 weeks w out my work truck. I call BS. Its in the shop for 1 week now after 3 weeks of them dragging their feet &/or not responding to my communication(s), and will be in for another 2-3 weeks. There are over $15k in body damages, close to $2k in front axle and steering where the front axle has shifted 2" towards the driver side, and we haven't got to the mechanicals yet.
