Car sold was a lemon. Owner and mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it, that it was in great shape. Two weeks later, it started overheating. Had to add a gallon of radiator coolant every week. Finally just died, definitely the radiator, but something else is wrong too. The owner said he'd take it back at first, but it was up to the people who bought it to get it back there. Now, he will not take the car back and expects the rest of the money before handing over the title. Normally not a big deal, but when you sell a lemon, it is up to the seller to fix it. So the buyers are paying on a car that they can't drive. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE OR HAVE YOUR CARS WORKED ON THERE. Obviously, the mechanics have no idea what they are doing either. SCAMS

I drove my 2002 E350 231k plus miles before I took it in to Ramey Ford in Beckley, WV. I checked ALL my fluids before I drove it 25 miles. IT has never over heated! NEVER.....and the antifreeze was in between the hot and cold lines in the reservoir. That is where you fill the radiator at. OK SO They do my requested work I have no problem paying them $1177 and go to my van. CLICK click clik dammit My first thought was they frikkin switched my starter which I had replaced at a Pep Boys with a Pro start starter on October 14, 2009 and I have the receipt. I swiftly crawled up under the van and could SEEE the POS broken selenoid (switched) starter which did not have PRO START Sticker on it like the one I had replaced at Pep Boys IT was NOW a worthless FORD OEM part. I proceeded to POLITELY STORM back into the service area..... Mike said it must be the battery but WHY would it be the battery when it still had 4 years on the warranty.......it started the van in the morning.....and when the mechanic drove it into the bay and when he drove it out to the lot. Which he really never brought it out front it was OUT BACK!! SO this guy gets a Battery booster and hooks it up and NOTHING!! CLICK CLICK CLICK I proceeded to tell the shop hand, the gentleman who was just doing his job "THEY TOOK OFF & replaced my NO PROBLEMS EVER StarterI KNOW BECAUSE I have already been up under the van and checked the POS Starter out! Ramey Ford replaced my NO PROBLEM stater..... With a POS Worthless one." and they tried to sell me one for $350 NOT Installed.....and with no warranty.... This was before I even drove off the lot, so when I started it up and drove off I was furious! To say the least I had to buy a starter at NAPA Lifetime Warranty for ONLY $130 because I HAD TO! SO I drove off the lot towards walmart and NAPA AFTER I Drove ONE HALF MILE and the Engine over heated beca
