Auto repair service near Chugiak, AK

I used Edmonds for all my vehicle needs while we lived in Alaska and still feel comfortable calling with questions now that we have left the state. The environment has always been welcoming and they only gave me a little slack for driving a jeep and a ford (all in good fun, though). This shop takes customer service and pride to a new level. Dishonest and tried to get me to spend money on something that didn't need work. Mike M

Been here a couple times and the prices aren't to high but more times than not parts are completely replaced instead of repaired. If car isn't running well then a tuneup will be suggested. Time frame can't be beat and will tell you what else needs repair. Like any other shop look your car over first so you have some idea of what has been worked on and the condition of existing parts.

This place does not actually provide any vehicle service. They just take your money. After many, many visits for the same problem, my car is still not fixed. They have not acknowledged that I have any cause to be irritated by this situation. I cannot comprehend why anyone would ever go to this place. And you cannot reason with them, because they just lie right to your face.
