Auto repair service near Fairhope, AL

My visit to R-N-R was outstanding. The technician was extremely knowledgeable,friendly and helpfull. He explained what was wrong with the car and what he had to do to fix it. He also explained the cost. He was able to repair my car in time for me to leave on a trip as scheduled even though the parts suppliers were slow suppling the parts and the labor time was long due to diagnostics and getting to parts location. The dashboard and front seats had to be removed to get to one part.

this is the fourth time in the last year on so to fix, the remote "start system". headed back today for the same issue, On one occasion, auto was in the garage and would not start, call tow truck, dealership informed the driver to drag it out so it could be loaded, informed the service manager passed this on. It's a good thing that the vehicle is still under warranty.

My door locks have been repaired at least ten times they work for a week or two, this has been going on since I bought the car a Volvo S 60 in 2013. The Service advisor is unfriendly, does not answer the phone and don’t return call’s and lately I had to argue about paying for the repair

After They Get Your Money, They Could Careless About Problems You Have With The Vehicle They Sold You!! I Will Never Business With Them Again. Vehicle We Purchased Less Than 2 Months Ago Caught On Fire causing $2,000.00 Worth if damage. After Calling Reporting This To Salesman That Sold Us; He Really Didn't Care. "Never Again"!! I Will Never Send Them Business, Neither Do Business With Them Again...NEVER!!
