My thanks to Chris and his crew. Recently I had my 2012 Expedition in for a major problem. After an accurate diagnosis and repair, they were not satisfied because it was running so rough. They worked on it and the problem kept alluding them. They added a container of "4 Power" to my fuel and and within a few hours my vehicle started running smoothly like it was supposed to. The went the extra mile and did not charge me any extra for all the extra time they spent on it. This crew has impressed upon me that they honest and desire to make sure every customer receives their best efforts. Thanks again to LBJ automotive. I would recommend them to anyone. John Mays

They charged me $538.62 to fix my daughter can but did not. I had to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. Her car broke down on Interstate spur 565 and I picked Superior Auto Care out because it was close and I thought at the time would cost too much to tow home. After charging me $84.96 to find the problem, they still were not sure but said changing the Oxygen sensor and giving it a tune up should fix it. The cost was $538.62. After they did this, they called to tell me it was something else and would cost (from memory) around $200 to $300 to fix the real problem. I took the car elsewhere and got it fixed for $100. I feel I was took advantage of because I was from out of the area. If I was not took advantage of, then they seem to not have the skill to diagnose car problems.

My wife and I had our transmission repaired here and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We saved a few hundred dollars and our transmission has been doing great since we picked it up. Highly recommend Auto Care Plus!!

These guys are great. They have been our family repair facility for 9 years now. Very pleased with their work and will always take my vehicle there. I just had them rebuild a transmission in my daughter's car and it has performed wonderfully. They are a bit away from me being that they are in hazel green and I am in Madison but having a trusting and knowledgeable mechanic is worth the drive to me!

I bought my sister a new care stereo today. This is to replace the brand new she bought in December here at Sound N Wheels. If you ever need a car radio, DO NOT go to Sound N Wheels--after getting installed, we got home and the rear window defroster didn't work. They claimed to have nothing to do with that. After leaving, Renee discovered the CD player is defective. It gets to the middle of every CD and starts skipping. We took it back and they claimed it works fine for them and it must be the CD's and said one problem was that she was listening to books on CD instead of music CD and they didn't recommend that. DUH--like that makes a difference. After "looking" at it to tell us this, we get home and the blinkers and hazard lights no longer work and had to take it back again. They at least fixed whatever they messed up on that. Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau and saw someone else had a similar experience. They have not answered the complaint. I guess we just eat that wasted money because they won't do anything and we don't trust them to touch the car anymore and wait to see what else they mess up.

Kim has had my Toyota for two years. He took it for a 3 week engine rebuild, and that was in May of 2011. He still has the car, it is so disassembled that I believe towing it out would do damage, and all I ever get from him is: well, worked on it a little bit... or he gives me complaints about how frustrating the car is to work on. This has been an unbelievable experience. Two years and counting. That's how long he's had my car in his garage.
