I, like so many other people, work on my own vehicles. So I shop around. I've bought stuff from eBay and other online places, but it isn't always cheaper or, by any means, better. The parts stores here in Texarkana sell some decent stuff, but I have gotten tired of replacing the parts I just replaced! My grandpa has been going to Magneto for years, now I know why! They sell quailty parts and the right parts for better prices than you can get around most places in town! They may not be the cheapest on everything you want, but it'll be a far better product, plus it'll be the right part, so you don't have to go all the way back to town to do it again! P.S. the people are experienced and nice! They are the people "IN THE KNOW"!

Took 2010 car in for oil change before business trip. Got less than 150 miles & filter o-ring blew off, stranded on side of road for 2-1/2 hrs, missed opening event for conference, had car towed in & had to find another ride to conference - same on way home, had to have someone meet me to drive my car back to where I needed to drop off the borrowed car. On Sept. 28 I hand delivered letter manager took letter, said he would forward to owner) explaining what happened & asking for refund of original oil change plus expenses of over $300 incurred for towing, repair & new oil filter & change, etc. It has been over 30 days & they have not responded. I'm a 58 yr old female who always has car serviced before trips so as to not have mechanical problems & be stranded on side of road. BOO to you THE OIL CHANGER in Texarkana.

This truck broke down again, and now they dont answer the phones. I have to block out my number for them to answer and when they do, they are rude, and unprofessional. Where is my truck? Where is a loaner so I can go to and from? They charge me an extra month when I already paid for one month but no, there is an extra week. Well, that check should be mine and not your greedy hands. No one will tell me if they picked up the truck and how do I continue my business today. Why is it hard to get a loaner when the truck is still under warranty? Only had it 1 month, from 11/213/17 to 12/12/17. This patchwork designed to constantly break down by never fixing the issue properly the first time! No new battery was ever placed in that truck and the alternator looks like a grease ball!. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR SERVICE PERIOD AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE MY RADIO BACK ON A WHITE STATION EVERY TIME I GET IT BACK!!
