They completed these service/repairs but did NOT disclose doing an alignment nor was doing a tune up authorized. Hector held the vehicle hostage until payment was received. He refused to issue a refund for unauthorized services and promised to discuss with the owner and call us back! The man is dishonest and lies through his teeth with expertise!

be careful with these people, they quote you 1 price tell you thats all you need, then change their tune and up the bill 200.00 w/o any prior authorization. i have all their voice mails saved and phone calls after the fact recorded where they contradict themselves not a very good business practice !
