As the owner of a Mercedes S class, I'm glad that our family found someone like Reinhard to keep our vehicle maintained and on the road. Their estimates have always been accurate when they call to tell us what our vehicle needs. They always get us in within a day or 2 of calling. Yeah sure sometimes the final bill might be a little over due to needing an extra hose or part that you find bad when taking it off to get to another part but I would rather they replace it then and there, so we don't have to make a return trip or call for a tow when we are on the road. We have always been fairly treated by him and his wife in the office. Some of these other reviews I would I ??? as I do most on the internet these days. Stop in meet them talk to them you will see. They are straight forward and some people don't like that but personally I like the no gimmicks no games and I'm not against paying for someone's time to look over and actually repair what is "actually" needed. I have been coming here for over 3 years and will continue to do so.

Word of mouth was how I came to Sunland Auto. I was told to get an estimate from them, and to see what I thought. I was told they were honest, fair, and their work was professional. I had done my research and decided to let Sunland work on my truck. I have been going to Sunland for all my truck needs since. It has been over 3 years, and I couldn't be happier to have found Sunland Auto! I met Scott and his team, and have been so impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and very fair pricing for any of the work I have had done in the past 3 years. I have always been happy. I can't say enough of how good it feels to have a great mechanic that goes beyond and above to care for what you are bringing your vehicle in for. Desert Auto Works is a trusted family favorite. My brother-in-law recommended them to my Dad, who recommended them to me. Ownership/management has changed from Ken to Diego and Sergio, and we continue to use them for years now. They are not my sole auto repair source, because I like to have several flavors of mechanic.Desert AutoWorks has a smart, small, business-like flavor. They are not the cheapest, but your car and your phone call do not get lost in a shuffle; they keep you generally well-informed. They are not bozos when it comes to diagnostics. Though they do sometimes make mistakes, they make a sincere effort to take personal responsibility for diagnostics. They don't do unnecessary, dishonest work. They do not pad their recommendations or seek to meet service billings goals like a Midas shop.

I had an exceptional service experience with Top Line Auto Service. Moved here from out of state, where my Dad is my mechanic, was so apprehensive on going to a new mechanic. The owner Chris showed and explained to me what was wrong with my Xterra, and gave me different options with full details and prices on repairs. I appreciated the he and his mechanics made sure the transmission and other vital parts of my Xterra were in working condition before I placed an order for new motor, so as not to waste my money. The new motor was installed quickly, Chris even had his mechanics replace and fix other compartments free of charge to ensure my new motor wouldn’t be affected. It’s great to have an honest mechanic, who still values his customers and quality work from his mechanics. I highly recommend Top Line Auto Service!!!

As a mechanic myself that has moved into a different line of work I can fully recommend all the guys here at The Brake Shop. With my new responsibilities I don't always have the time I wish I did to do my own repairs. When I was new to the area I shopped around and talked to a lot of shops before having any work done. These guys are class act. They know their stuff and they put a great guarantee on their work. Honesty, reliability, and quality is the mantra here. After reading some of these reviews about being a "scam" or the guys looking for extra money... I'm not so sure if these people really used the same shop. I continue to refer friends/acquaintances/co-workers here when I don't have time to handle their repairs and all 5 of them have yet to have a less than stellar experience and reported back full satisfaction to me.
